\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u4e2d\u5f9e\u78b3\u93c8\u672b\u7aef\u8d77\u7b2c\u4e09\u500b\u78b3\u539f\u5b50\u5177\u6709\u96d9\u9375\u7684\u4e0d\u98fd\u548c\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u3002\u5728\u591a\u7a2e\u4e0d\u4e00\u6a23\u7684\u5967\u7c73\u52a0-3\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u88e1\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6709\u4e09\u7a2e\u5c0d\u4eba\u9ad4\u5065\u5eb7\u4f86\u8aaa\u5341\u5206\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u5206\u5225\u70ba\uff1a\u03b1-\u4e9e\u9ebb\u9178\uff08ALA\uff09\u3001\u4e8c\u5341\u78b3\u4e94\u70ef\u9178\uff08EPA\uff09\uff0c\u548c\u4e8c\u5341\u4e8c\u78b3\u516d\u70ef\u9178\uff08DHA\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u5fc5\u9700\u8102\u80aa\u9178<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u6211\u5011\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f9e\u4e00\u822c\u98f2\u98df\u7684\u6210\u5206\u4e2d\u88fd\u9020\u4eba\u9ad4\u6240\u9700\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u6709\u5169\u7a2e\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u662f\u4eba\u9ad4\u7121\u6cd5\u88fd\u9020\u7684\uff0c\u63db\u53e5\u8a71\u8aaa\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u9700\u8981\u5f9e\u98f2\u98df\u4e2d\u651d\u53d6\u9019\u985e\u71df\u990a\u3002\u9019\u5169\u7a2e\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u5c31\u7a31\u70ba\u300c\u5fc5\u9700\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u300d\uff0c\u5b83\u5011\u5206\u5225\u70ba\uff1a\u4e9e\u9ebb\u6cb9\u9178\uff08LA\uff09\uff0c\u4e00\u7a2e\u5967\u7c73\u52a0-6\u8102\u80aa\u9178\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u03b1-\u4e9e\u9ebb\u9178\uff08ALA\uff0c\u5225\u548c\u786b\u8f9b\u9178\u641e\u6df7\u4e86\uff09\u4e00\u7a2e\u5967\u7c73\u52a0-3\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u03b1-\u4e9e\u9ebb\u9178\u662f\u4e8c\u5341\u78b3\u4e94\u70ef\u9178\uff08EPA\uff09\u548c\u4e8c\u5341\u4e8c\u78b3\u516d\u70ef\u9178\uff08DHA\uff09\u751f\u7269\u5408\u6210\u7684\u539f\u6599\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u5f8c\u5169\u8005\u7686\u70ba\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u591a\u5143\u4e0d\u98fd\u548c\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u3002\u03b1-\u4e9e\u9ebb\u9178\u3001EPA \u548c DHA \u662f\u5967\u7c73\u52a0-3\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u5bb6\u5ead\u4e2d\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6210\u54e1\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u5967\u7c73\u52a0<\/strong><strong>-3\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u7684\u76ca\u8655<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u9b5a\u6cb9\u542b\u6709\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684 EPA \u548c DHA\uff0c\u5c08\u5bb6\u5728\u9019\u5169\u7a2e\u5967\u7c73\u52a0-3\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u4e0a\u5df2\u7d93\u505a\u4e86\u975e\u5e38\u591a\u4ed4\u7d30\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u4e26\u6307\u51fa\u8a31\u591a\u5c0d\u4eba\u9ad4\u5065\u5eb7\u6709\u76ca\u7684\u8b49\u64da\u3002\u5967\u7c73\u52a0-3 \u80fd\u652f\u6301\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u5065\u5eb7\u3001\u6b63\u5e38\u8166\u90e8\u548c\u795e\u7d93\u7684\u767c\u80b2\u548c\u7dad\u6301\u826f\u597d\u7684\u95dc\u7bc0\u5065\u5eb7\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u6211\u5011\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u819c\u7d50\u69cb\u4e2d\u627e\u5230\u5967\u7c73\u52a0-3\u3002\u5c08\u5bb6\u5728\u9810\u9632\u548c\u6cbb\u7642\u591a\u7a2e\u5065\u5eb7\u72c0\u6cc1\u4e0a\u4e5f\u5c0d\u5967\u7c73\u52a0-3\u9032\u884c\u4e86\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5fc3\u81df\u75be\u75c5\u3001\u95dc\u7bc0\u708e\u548c\u767c\u708e\u75c7\u72c0\u3001\u9ec3\u6591\u90e8\u9000\u5316\u548c\u6182\u9b31\u75c7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPA \u662f\u7b2c\u4e09\u7a2e\u524d\u5217\u817a\u7d20\u7684\u7d44\u6210\u6210\u5206\uff0c\u524d\u5217\u817a\u7d20\u652f\u6301\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u8840\u58d3\u3001\u81bd\u56fa\u9187\u548c\u4e09\u9178\u7518\u6cb9\u8102\u6307\u6578\uff08\u524d\u63d0\u662f\u9019\u4e9b\u6307\u6578\u5fc5\u9808\u5df2\u7d93\u5728\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u7bc4\u570d\u5167\uff09\uff0c\u9084\u6709\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u814e\u81df\u529f\u80fd\u3001\u767c\u708e\u53cd\u61c9\u548c\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u5176\u5b83\u7814\u7a76\u986f\u793a\u4ee5\u9b5a\u6cb9\u88dc\u5145\u54c1\u5f62\u5f0f\u6240\u651d\u53d6\u7684\u5967\u7c73\u52a0-3\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u652f\u6301\u95dc\u7bc0\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>DHA \u548c\u5967\u7c73\u52a0-6\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u4e2d\u7684\u82b1\u751f\u56db\u70ef\u9178\u662f\u80ce\u5152\u795e\u7d93\u7d30\u80de\u548c\u5b30\u5152\u8166\u90e8\u4e2d\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u8102\u80aa\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u5728\u4eba\u9ad4\u7814\u7a76\u4e0a\u8072\u671b\u6975\u9ad8\u7684\u5c08\u5bb6\u751a\u81f3\u5efa\u8b70\u7528 DHA \u4f86\u52a0\u5f37\u5b30\u5152\u7684\u5976\u7c89\u4f86\u5145\u5206\u652f\u6301\u5b30\u5152\u6b63\u5e38\u795e\u7d93\u7cfb\u7d71\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002DHA
