\/><\/p>\n<p>\u60a8\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u4e0d\u80fd\u88fd\u9020\u6240\u9700\u8981\u7684\u7926\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u5927\u5bb6\u90fd\u4e00\u6a23\uff0c\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u7684\u751f\u7269\u90fd\u6709\u540c\u6a23\u7684\u751f\u5b58\u554f\u984c\u3002\u5e78\u904b\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u5730\u7403\u662f\u4e00\u5bb6\u61c9\u6709\u76e1\u6709\u7684\u5546\u5e97\uff0c\u80fd\u4f9b\u61c9\u8b93\u60a8\u8eab\u9ad4\u9806\u5229\u904b\u884c\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6240\u6709\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/zh-hant\/qa\/vitamins\/\">\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u4e0d\u50cf\u7dad\u751f\u7d20<\/a>\uff0c\u690d\u7269\u3001\u7d30\u83cc\u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u90fd\u7121\u6cd5\u5408\u6210\u9223\u6216\u9382\u3002\u7dad\u751f\u7d20\u662f\u7531\u5e7e\u500b\u5c0f\u5206\u5b50\u7d44\u6210\u7684\u8f03\u5927\u5206\u5b50\uff0c\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u5247\u662f\u5143\u7d20\u9031\u671f\u8868\u4e2d\u7684\u539f\u5b50\u6216\u96e2\u5b50\u5143\u7d20<\/p>\n<p>\u5e78\u904b\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u690d\u7269\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f9e\u571f\u58e4\u4e2d\u5438\u53d6\u7926\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u60a8\u4e0d\u5fc5\u56db\u8655\u5403\u571f\u6216\u5438\u542e\u5ca9\u77f3\u4f86\u88dc\u5145\u92c5\u548c\u9435\u3002\u53ea\u8981\u5c07\u4e00\u76c6\u65b0\u9bae\u7684\u571f\u58e4\u653e\u4e0a\u4e00\u665a\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u5c31\u80fd\u4eab\u7528\u8c50\u76db\u7684\u6c99\u62c9\u3002\u4f46\u8a18\u5f97\u559d\u4e0a\u4e00\u676f\u6c34\uff08\u60a8\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u7528\u9019\u7a2e\u65b9\u5f0f\u7372\u5f97\u7926\u7269\u8cea\uff09\uff0c\u5225\u8b93\u690d\u7269\u505a\u6240\u6709\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u4f86\u5e6b\u52a9\u7d30\u80de\u4ee3\u8b1d\uff0c\u4e26\u5efa\u7acb\u8eab\u9ad4\u7d50\u69cb\uff08\u5f9e\u9aa8\u9abc\u5230\u8840\u6db2\uff0c\u751a\u81f3\u662f\u5f71\u97ffDNA\u7684\u80fa\u57fa\u9178\uff09\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u63d0\u4f9b\u6240\u6709\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u7684\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u77e5\u8b58\u3002\u4f7f\u7528\u76ee\u9304\u4f86\u63a2\u7d22\u6bcf\u4e00\u7a2e\u5c0d\u5065\u5eb7\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u3002<\/p>\n\n<h2><strong>\u6578\u91cf\u554f\u984c\uff1a\u5de8\u91cf\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u548c\u5fae\u91cf\u7926\u7269\u8cea<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u5fc5\u8981\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u624d\u80fd\u5b58\u6d3b\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5176\u4e2d\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u7684\u6bd4\u5225\u7684\u591a\u3002\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u5f9e\u60a8\u98f2\u98df\u4e2d\u6240\u9700\u7684\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u542b\u91cf\u8ac7\u8d77\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u90a3\u4e9b\u9700\u8981\u5927\u91cf\uff08\u6bcf\u5929\u9ad8\u9054\u5e7e\u514b\uff09\u7684\u5c31\u7a31\u70ba\u5de8\u91cf\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u3002\u60a8\u6703\u5728\u9019\u4e00\u985e\u7576\u4e2d\u767c\u73fe\u6700\u77e5\u540d\u7684\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u2014\u9223\u3001\u9382\u3001\u9209\u548c\u9240\u3002\u60a8\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5c07\u5de8\u91cf\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u5206\u70ba\u5927\u91cf\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u548c\u96fb\u89e3\u8cea\uff08\u9019\u4e9b\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u901a\u5e38\u5728\u60a8\u7684\u9ad4\u6db2\u4e2d\u767c\u73fe\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53e6\u4e00\u985e\u53ef\u7a31\u70ba\u5fae\u91cf\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u3002\u6b63\u5982\u5176\u540d\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u5fc5\u8981\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u60a8\u53ea\u9700\u8981\u975e\u5e38\u5c11\u91cf\u5c31\u80fd\u7dad\u6301\u5065\u5eb7\u3002\u5118\u7ba1\u60a8\u53ea\u9700\u8981\u5c11\u91cf\uff08\u6bcf\u5929\u5e7e\u5fae\u514b\u5230\u5e7e\u6beb\u514b\uff09\u7684\u5fae\u91cf\u7926\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u5011\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\u4e00\u9ede\u4e5f\u4e0d\u905c\u8272\u3002\u9019\u500b\u985e\u5225\u4e2d\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u719f\u6089\u7684\u540d\u7a31\uff08\u92c5\u548c\u9285\uff09\u548c\u4e00\u4e9b\u9bae\u70ba\u4eba\u77e5\u7684\u7926\u7269\u8cea\uff08\u7852\u548c\u926c\uff09\u3002\u5728\u6b64\u63d0\u9192\u60a8\uff1a\u60a8\u5c07\u5728\u6587\u7ae0\u4e2d\u770b\u5230\u6b64\u985e\u5225\u88ab\u7a31\u70ba\u5fae\u91cf\u7926\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u907f\u514d\u8207\u5de8\u91cf\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u548c\u5de8\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u76f8\u6df7\u6dc6\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u9223<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img
