400;\">\u5168\u4e16\u754c\u8fd1\u4e00\u534a\u7684\u5152\u7ae5\u6b7b\u4ea1\u662f\u7531\u71df\u990a\u4e0d\u826f\u9020\u6210\u7684\u3002\u5b30\u5152\u8207\u5152\u7ae5\u71df\u990a\u5c0d\u516c\u5171\u5065\u5eb7\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u537b\u6642\u5e38\u88ab\u5ffd\u7565\u3002\u5728\u5b30\u5152\u767c\u5c55\u7684\u524d\u5169\u5e74\u70ba\u5176\u63d0\u4f9b\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u71df\u990a\u80fd\u964d\u4f4e\u9918\u751f\u60a3\u5f97\u6162\u6027\u75c5\u548c\u767c\u75c5\u7684\u6a5f\u7387\u3002\u516c\u5171\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u6b64\u4e00\u4f5c\u70ba\u80fd\u6539\u5584\u4efb\u4f55\u570b\u5bb6\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u54c1\u8cea\u6307\u6a19\u3002\u64c1\u6709\u8db3\u5920\u8cc7\u6e90\u7684\u5df2\u767c\u5c55\u570b\u5bb6\u66f4\u61c9\u81f4\u529b\u65bc\u6539\u5584\u5b30\u5152\u8207\u5b69\u7ae5\u71df\u990a\u3002\u5e7c\u5152\u5728\u65e9\u671f\u7372\u5f97\u66f4\u512a\u8cea\u7684\u71df\u990a\u80fd\u964d\u4f4e\u5f80\u5f8c\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u6210\u672c\uff0c\u4e5f\u5c07\u70ba\u570b\u5bb6\u548c\u81ea\u8eab\u7684\u5bb6\u5ead\u63d0\u4f9b\u5e36\u4f86\u7d93\u6fdf\u6536\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u591a\u5e74\u4f86\uff0c\u50c5\u6709\u9802\u7d1a\u5b30\u5152\u914d\u65b9\u5976\u7c89\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u63a2\u8a0e\u9019\u500b\u8a71\u984c\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u662f\u6642\u5019\u636b\u5fc3\u81ea\u554f\uff1a\u300c\u4e16\u754c\u5404\u5730\u7684\u5b30\u5152\u8207\u5b69\u7ae5\u8a72\u5982\u4f55\u651d\u53d6\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u71df\u990a\uff1f\u300d<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u70ba\u5b30\u5152\u63d0\u4f9b\u71df\u990a\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u65b9\u5f0f\u7576\u7136\u662f\u6bcd\u4e73\u9935\u990a\u3002\u6bcd\u4e73\u4ee5\u6700\u4ff1\u751f\u7269\u5229\u7528\u5ea6\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u70ba\u5b30\u5152\u7684\u6d88\u5316\u7cfb\u7d71\u63d0\u4f9b\u6240\u6709\u9700\u8981\u7684\u71df\u990a\u3002\u4f46\u662f 38% \u7684\u65b0\u624b\u5abd\u5abd\u9078\u64c7\u4e0d\u9935\u990a\u6bcd\u4e73\u6216\u7121\u6cd5\u751f\u7522\u8db3\u5920\u7684\u6bcd\u4e73\u4f86\u9935\u990a\u5b30\u5152\u3002\u5c0d\u65bc\u9019\u4e9b\u5bb6\u5ead\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u512a\u8cea\u7684\u5b30\u5152\u914d\u65b9\u5976\u5c0d\u65bc\u5b30\u5152\u651d\u53d6\u8db3\u5920\u71df\u990a\u66f4\u70ba\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u5b30\u5152\u6240\u9700\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u71df\u7d20<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6bcf\u4f4d\u5b30\u5152\u8207\u5b69\u7ae5\u90fd\u6709\u6b0a\u651d\u53d6\u5145\u5206\u7684\u71df\u990a\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u5b30\u5152\u7121\u6cd5\u9935\u990a\u81ea\u5df1\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u9700\u8981\u4ef0\u8cf4\u7236\u6bcd\u3001\u5bb6\u5ead\u6210\u54e1\u548c\u793e\u7fa4\u4f86\u652f\u6301\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u53ca\u767c\u80b2\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u70ba\u4e00\u4e9b\u73fe\u4ee3\u79d1\u5b78\u8a8d\u70ba\u5b30\u5152\u5fc5\u9700\u651d\u53d6\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u71df\u990a\u7d20\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>\u86cb\u767d\u8cea<\/strong>\u2014\u2014\u5b30\u5152\u7684\u6210\u9577\u53ca\u767c\u80b2\u4e3b\u8981\u4f86\u81ea\u65bc\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5408\u6210\u3002\u82e5\u6c92\u6709\u5b9a\u671f\u651d\u53d6\u5fc5\u9700\u6c28\u57fa\u9178\uff0c\u4fbf\u7121\u6cd5\u9806\u5229\u9032\u884c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5408\u6210\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u9223<\/strong>\u2014\u2014\u9019\u500b\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u8ca0\u8cac\u652f\u6301\u5b30\u5152\u9aa8\u9abc\u7684\u7d44\u6210\u53ca\u6210\u9577\u3001\u808c\u8089\u6536\u7e2e\u3001\u5fc3\u81df\u529f\u80fd\u548c\u5176\u5b83\u751f\u7269\u529f\u80fd\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u9435<\/strong>\u2014\u2014\u7531\u65bc\u9435\u5728\u7a81\u89f8\u589e\u751f\uff08\u7a81\u89f8\u5f62\u6210\uff09\u3001\u9ad3\u9798\u5f62\u6210\uff08\u5927\u8166\u4e2d\u795e\u7d93\u5143\u7d55\u7de3\uff09\u3001\u80fd\u91cf\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7b49\u65b9\u9762\u626e\u6f14\u6975\u5176\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u5927\u8166\u767c\u5c55\u9700\u4f9d\u8cf4\u9435\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u7dad\u751f\u7d20<\/strong><strong> A<\/strong><strong>\u3001<\/strong><strong>B<\/strong><strong>\u3001<\/strong><strong>C<\/strong><strong>\uff0c\u548c<\/strong><strong> E<\/strong>\u2014\u2014\u9019\u4e9b\u7dad\u751f\u7d20\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6eff\u8db3\u5404\u9805\u767c\u80b2\u9700\u6c42\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u8996\u529b\u3001\u808c\u819a\u5065\u5eb7\u3001\u514d\u75ab\u3001\u8a8d\u77e5\u7b49\u3002<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u4e8c\u5341\u4e8c\u78b3\u516d\u70ef\u9178\uff08<\/strong><strong>DHA<\/strong><strong>\uff09<\/strong>\u2014\u2014\u5967\u7c73\u52a0-3 \u8102\u80aa\u9178\u5c0d\u5b30\u5152\u767c\u5c55\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u4f46 DHA \u8fd1\u671f\u4ee5\u4f5c\u70ba\u5b30\u5152\u5927\u8166\u98df\u7269\u800c\u805e\u540d\uff0c\u5728\u8996\u529b\u548c\u5927\u8166\u767c\u80b2\u4e2d\u626e\u6f14\u8457\u5341\u5206\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u89d2\u8272\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u5b30\u5152\u71df\u990a\u9060\u6bd4\u71df\u990a\u6e05\u55ae\u8907\u96dc\u5f97\u591a\u3002\u4f8b\u5982\uff0c\u6bcd\u4e73\u4e2d\u542b\u6709\u7279\u5b9a\u6bd4\u4f8b\u7684\u591a\u7a2e\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u6bcd\u4e73\u4e2d\u7684\u71df\u990a\u6210\u5206\u6703\u6839\u64da\u767c\u80b2\u4e2d\u5b30\u5152\u7684\u9700\u8981\u96a8\u6642\u9593\u800c\u8b8a\u5316\u3002\u5b83\u4e5f\u5b8c\u5168\u53ef\u4ee5\u88ab\u5b30\u5152\u7684\u6d88\u5316\u7cfb\u7d71\u5438\u6536\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5927\u81ea\u7136\u7684\u300c\u6db2\u9ad4\u9ec3\u91d1\u300d\u70ba\u5b30\u5152\u914d\u65b9\u5976\u7c89\u8a2d\u7acb\u4e86\u9ad8\u6a19\u6e96\u3002\u7522\u54c1\u7814\u767c\u80fd\u9054\u5230\u6b64\u6a19\u6e96\u662f\u4e00\u6bb5\u6f2b\u9577\u4e14\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\uff0c\u4e00\u76f4\u6301\u7e8c\u5230\u73fe\u5728\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u7f8e\u570b\u5b30\u5152\u914d\u65b9\u5976\u7c89\u767c\u5c55\u53f2<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728\u4efb\u4f55\u985e\u578b\u7684\u5b30\u5152\u914d\u65b9\u5976\u7c89\u51fa\u73fe\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u53ea\u6709\u4e73\u6bcd\u9935\u5976\u3002\u5728\u8f03\u5bcc\u88d5\u5bb6\u5ead\u4e2d\u7684\u5a66\u5973\u7121\u6cd5\u6216\u9078\u64c7\u4e0d\u9935\u6bcd\u4e73\u6642\uff0c\u4ed6\u5011\u6703\u50f1\u8acb\u4e73\u6bcd\u4ee5\u6bcd\u4e73\u9935\u990a\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u5b69\u5b50\u3002\u5728\u7121\u6cd5\u7372\u5f97\u5abd\u5abd\u7684\u6bcd\u4e73\u6642\uff0c\u5b64\u5152\u9662\u548c\u4e0b\u5c64\u5bb6\u5ead\u901a\u5e38\u6703\u4f7f\u7528\u9a62\u5b50\u6216\u5176\u5b83\u52d5\u7269\u7684\u6bcd\u4e73\u4f86\u9935\u990a\u5b30\u5152\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u7f3a\u4e4f\u5c0d\u7d30\u83cc\u548c\u885b\u751f\u7684\u77e5\u8b58\u2014\u2014\u66f4\u4e0d\u7528\u8aaa\u53d7\u76e3\u7ba1\u7684\u914d\u65b9\u5976\u4e86\u2014\u2014\u4e09\u5206\u4e4b\u4e00\u672a\u53d7\u6bcd\u4e73\u9935\u990a\u7684\u5b30\u5152\u5728\u4e00\u6b72\u4e4b\u524d\u5c31\u904e\u4e16\u4e86\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5e78\u904b\u7684\u662f\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u5728 19 \u4e16\u7d00\u958b\u59cb\u767c\u751f\u4e86\u8b8a\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u7b2c\u4e00\u500b\u5546\u696d\u5b30\u5152\u914d\u65b9\u5976\u7c89\u65bc 1860 \u5e74\u7531\u5fb7\u570b\u5316\u5b78\u5bb6 Justus von Leibig \u7814\u767c\u3002\u9019\u6b3e\u5976\u7c89\u662f\u7531\u5c0f\u9ea5\u7c89\u548c\u725b\u5976\u88fd\u6210\u7684\u7c89\u72c0\u914d\u65b9\u3002\u4e0d\u4e45\u4e4b\u5f8c\uff0c\u4eba\u5011\u767c\u73fe\u4e86\u5df4\u6c0f\u6bba\u83cc\u6cd5\u3002\u9ad8\u6eab\u6bba\u83cc\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u6703\u964d\u4f4e\u8207\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u611f\u67d3\u548c\u75be\u75c5\u3002\u5df4\u6c0f\u6bba\u83cc\u4e5f\u4f7f\u672a\u51b7\u85cf\u7684\u725b\u5976\u5728\u904b\u8f38\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u8f03\u4e0d\u6613\u8b8a\u8cea\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728 19 \u4e16\u7d00\u5f8c\u671f\uff0c\u300c\u96c0\u5de2\u5b30\u5152\u98df\u54c1\u300d\u7531\u5c0f\u9ea5\u7c89\u3001\u9ea5\u82bd\u7c89\u3001\u7cd6\u548c\u725b\u5976\u88fd\u6210\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u6210\u672c\u8f03\u9ad8\uff0c\u8a72\u516c\u53f8\u65e9\u671f\u7684\u5b30\u5152\u98df\u54c1\u7684\u92b7\u552e\u91cf\u4e26\u672a\u53d7\u5230\u5ee3\u6cdb\u5927\u773e\u7684\u63a5\u53d7\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u6de1\u5976\u7684\u767c\u660e\u6539\u8b8a\u4e86\u5b30\u5152\u914d\u65b9\u5976\u7c89\u7684\u767c\u5c55\u3002\u6de1\u5976\u5728\u904b\u8f38\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u66f4\u4e0d\u6613\u8150\u58de\uff0c\u9019\u4e5f\u662f\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5b83\u6700\u521d\u5728\u5357\u5317\u6230\u722d\u671f\u9593\u88ab\u4f5c\u70ba\u58eb\u5175\u7684\u98df\u7269\u3002\u5230 1920 \u5e74\u4ee3\uff0c\u5df2\u6709\u8a31\u591a\u767c\u8868\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u986f\u793a\u6de1\u5976\u5c0d\u5b30\u5152\u4f86\u8aaa\u66f4\u5bb9\u6613\u6d88\u5316\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u8207\u6bcd\u4e73\u66f4\u76f8\u4f3c\u3002\u91ab\u751f\u548c\u7236\u6bcd\u5011\u5341\u5206\u4fe1\u670d\u65bc\u9019\u4e9b\u7814\u7a76\u3002\u6de1\u5976\u6210\u70ba\u4e86\u5b30\u5152\u914d\u65b9\u914d\u88fd\u7684\u6a19\u6e96\u6210\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728 1950 \u5e74\u4ee3\u904e\u5f8c\uff0c\u5546\u696d\u5b30\u5152\u914d\u65b9\u5976\u7c89\u958b\u59cb\u5927\u53d7\u6b61\u8fce\u3002\u96c5\u57f9\u548c\u7f8e\u5f37\u751f\u9032\u5165\u5b30\u5152\u914d\u65b9\u5976\u7c89\u5e02\u5834\uff0c\u53d6\u4ee3\u4e86\u5148\u524d\u7684\u81ea\u88fd\u6de1\u5976\u914d\u65b9\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u9019\u4e9b\u65b0\u63a8\u51fa\u3001\u773e\u4eba\u63a5\u53d7\u7684\u914d\u65b9\u4e26\u975e\u5b8c\u5168\u6709\u6a5f\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u70ba\u4e86\u5efa\u7acb\u5176\u7522\u54c1\u7684\u516c\u5171\u4fe1\u4efb\uff0c\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u514d\u8cbb\u6216\u4ee5\u4f4e\u6210\u672c\u5411\u91ab\u9662\u63d0\u4f9b\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u914d\u65b9\u5976\u7c89\uff0c\u800c\u9019\u500b\u7b56\u7565\u76f8\u7576\u6210\u529f\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u5a66\u5973\u76f8\u4fe1\u914d\u65b9\u5976\u7c89\u53d7\u300c\u91ab\u5b78\u80af\u5b9a\u300d\u70ba\u6700\u4f73\u71df\u990a\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u51fa\u9662\u56de\u5bb6\u5f8c\u7e7c\u7e8c\u7528\u914d\u65b9\u5976\u7c89\u9935\u990a\u5b30\u5152\u3002\u914d\u65b9\u5976\u7c89\u50f9\u683c\u4fbf\u5b9c\u4e14\u5bb9\u6613\u6e96\u5099\u3002\u5982\u4eca\u73fe\u4ee3\u5546\u696d\u914d\u65b9\u5976\u7c89\u5df2\u5728\u5e02\u5834\u978f\u56fa\u5176\u5730\u4f4d\uff0c\u4f46\u5728\u6c92\u6709\u4efb\u4f55\u76e3\u7ba1\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u6709\u4e9b\u5b30\u5152\u56e0\u98df\u7528\u67d0\u4e9b\u914d\u65b9\u5976\u7c89\u800c\u51fa\u73fe\u8ca0\u9762\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1980 \u5e74\u901a\u904e\u7684\u300a\u5b30\u5152\u914d\u65b9\u5976\u7c89\u6cd5\u6848\u300b\u70ba\u5b30\u5152\u914d\u65b9\u5976\u7c89\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u5e38\u898b\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u8a2d\u5b9a\u4e86\u6700\u9ad8\u548c\u6700\u4f4e\u6a19\u6e96\u3002\u5927\u7d04\u5728\u9019\u500b\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u7f8e\u570b\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u85e5\u7269\u7ba1\u7406\u5c40\uff08FDA\uff09\u958b\u59cb\u8981\u6c42\u5c0d\u88fd\u9020\u8a2d\u65bd\u9032\u884c\u6e2c\u8a66\u548c\u4e26\u5217\u51fa\u5176\u5b83\u6a19\u6e96\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5728\u73fe\u4ee3\uff0c\u5b30\u5152\u914d\u65b9\u5976\u7c89\u4e2d\u52a0\u5f37\u9435\u5143\u7d20\u66f4\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u6a19\u6e96\uff0c\u4e73\u6e05\u8207\u916a\u86cb\u767d\u7684\u6bd4\u4f8b\u4e5f\u88ab\u4fee\u6539\u70ba\u985e\u4f3c\u65bc\u4eba\u4e73\u3002\u8f03\u5927\u7684\u88fd\u9020\u5546\u5982Ross \u548c \u7f8e\u5f37\u751f\u4e5f\u7814\u767c\u4e86\u7121\u4e73\u7cd6\u548c\u5927\u7c73\u6fb1\u7c89\u7b49\u7279\u6b8a\u914d\u65b9\u3002<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u5982\u4eca\u6700\u53d7\u6b61\u8fce\u7684\u5546\u696d\u914d\u65b9\u5976\u7c89\u8207 1860 \u5e74\u751f\u7522\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6279\u5b30\u5152\u98df\u54c1\u6709\u8457\u5929\u58e4\u4e4b\u5225\u3002\u7121\u5eb8\u7f6e\u7591\uff0c\u5b30\u5152\u8207\u5b69\u7ae5\u71df\u990a\u53d6\u5f97\u4e86\u5f88\u5927\u7684\u9032\u6b65\u3002\u90a3\u9ebc\uff0c\u73fe\u5728\u662f\u5426\u6709\u4eba\u985e\u6bcd\u4e73\u7684\u5b8c\u7f8e\u66ff\u4ee3\u54c1\u5462\uff1f\u7b54\u6848\u662f\u9084\u6c92\u6709\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u6709\u4e9b\u79d1\u5b78\u5bb6\u8868\u793a\u6b50\u76df\uff08EU\uff09\u6709\u671b\u6bd4\u7f8e\u570b\u66f4\u5feb\u5730\u5be6\u73fe\u9019\u4e00\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u6bd4\u8f03\u6b50\u76df\u548c\u7f8e\u570b\u7684\u73fe\u4ee3\u5b30\u5152\u914d\u65b9\u5976\u7c89<\/h2>\n<p
