\uff08\u8212\u9069\u7684\u54f2\u5b78\uff09\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>\u907f\u514d\u904e\u91cf<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u5e73\u8861\u60a8\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u610f\u5473\u8457\u907f\u514d\u904e\u91cf\uff0c\u8b93\u5169\u500b\u76ee\u6a19\u76f8\u8f14\u76f8\u6210\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u4e00\u5929\u5de5\u4f5c 12 \u5c0f\u8d77\uff0c\u60a8\u4fbf\u7121\u6cd5\u5728\u5de5\u4f5c\u548c\u5bb6\u5ead\u4e2d\u7372\u5f97\u5e73\u8861\u3002\u7576\u60a8\u651d\u53d6\u904e\u91cf\u7684\u542b\u7cd6\u96f6\u98df\uff0c\u60a8\u4fbf\u7121\u6cd5\u64c1\u6709\u5747\u8861\u7684\u98f2\u98df\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\u904e\u91cf\u662f\u96e3\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u7684\u3002\u9019\u500b\u8cc7\u6e90\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u6642\u4ee3\u610f\u5473\u8457\u8a31\u591a\u6587\u5316\u6c89\u6eba\u65bc\u904e\u91cf\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\u3001\u904e\u91cf\u7684\u5361\u8def\u91cc\u3001\u904e\u91cf\u7684\u7269\u8cea\u8ca1\u5bcc\u7b49\u7b49\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6709\u89e3\u6c7a\u7684\u8fa6\u6cd5\u3002\u60a8\u70ba\u5e73\u8861\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u4e00\u4e9b\u52aa\u529b\u4e5f\u5c07\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6291\u88fd\u904e\u91cf\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u8abf\u7bc0\u60a8\u73fe\u4ee3\u751f\u6d3b\u4e2d\u8a31\u591a\u65b9\u9762\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u8ffd\u8e64<a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/pillars-of-wellness\/\">\u5065\u5eb7\u652f\u67f1<\/a>\u3002\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u4f7f\u7528\u667a\u80fd\u624b\u6a5f\u7684\u61c9\u7528\u7a0b\u5f0f\u627e\u5c0b\u5168\u8eab\u935b\u7149\u7684\u5065\u8eab\u3001\u70ba\u60a8\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u5404\u500b\u65b9\u9762\u5b89\u6392\u6642\u9593\u8868\uff0c\u4e26\u8a2d\u8a08\u60a8\u7684\u98f2\u98df\u8a08\u756b\u4ee5\u5be6\u73fe\u60a8\u7684\u6574\u9ad4\u5065\u5eb7\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u81ea\u6211\u6309\u6469\u6280\u8853<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u6309\u6469\u662f\u524d\u5f80\u5962\u83ef\u653e\u9b06\u5883\u754c\u7684\u9580\u7968\u3002\u5728\u6309\u6469\u7684\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u808c\u8089\u7dca\u5f35\u548c\u58d3\u529b\u7686\u6703\u6162\u6162\u91cb\u653e\uff0c\u6700\u5f8c\u7559\u4e0b\u4e00\u7247\u5be7\u975c\u3002\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u6709\u6642\u5de5\u4f5c\u4e0a\u7684\u98a8\u5439\u8349\u52d5\u6703\u8b93\u60a8\u611f\u5230\u58d3\u529b\u5145\u65a5\u8457\u5168\u8eab\uff0c\u69a8\u4e7e\u60a8\u7684\u80fd\u91cf\u4e26\u596a\u8d70\u60a8\u7684\u5e73\u975c\u3002\u4f46\u5468\u570d\u4e26\u6c92\u6709\u6309\u6469\u53f0\u6216\u5bec\u9b06\u7684\u9577\u888d\u8b93\u60a8\u653e\u9b06\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53e4\u8001\u7684\u50b3\u7d71\u2014\u2014\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u81ea\u6211\u6309\u6469\u6280\u5de7\u53ef\u4ee5\u6709\u6548\u5730\u5e6b\u52a9\u808c\u8089\u653e\u9b06\u4e26\u7372\u5f97\u5e73\u975c\u3002\u7576\u60a8\u7121\u6cd5\u53ca\u6642\u7372\u5f97\u6c34\u7642\u8212\u7de9\u8eab\u9ad4\u6642\uff0c\u60a8\u4e26\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u8207\u751f\u4ff1\u4f86\u7684\u6309\u6469\u5929\u8ce6\u4f86\u7de9\u89e3\u58d3\u529b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u63a1\u53d6\u4ee5\u4e0b\u884c\u52d5\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u6309\u6469\u7dca\u5f35\u6216\u8f15\u5fae\u75bc\u75db\u7684\u90e8\u4f4d\u3002\u7528\u932f\u8aa4\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\u6309\u6469\u932f\u8aa4\u7684\u90e8\u4f4d\uff08\u4f8b\u5982\u5287\u70c8\u75bc\u75db\u7684\u5340\u57df\uff09\u6703\u4f7f\u60c5\u6cc1\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u7cdf\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u6309\u58d3\u7dca\u7e43\u7684\u5340\u57df\u4e26\u5229\u7528\u756b\u5713\u65b9\u5f0f\u4f86\u8212\u7de9\u8eab\u9ad4\u7684\u6c23\u7d50\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5617\u8a66\u4f7f\u7528\u5169\u6839\u624b\u6307\u3001\u4e00\u500b\u6307\u95dc\u7bc0\u6216\u62c7\u6307\u2014\u2014
