\/><\/p>\n<p>\u852c\u83dc\u6709\u5169\u7a2e\u6e96\u5099\u65b9\u5f0f\u2014\u2014\u751f\u98df\u6216\u719f\u98df\u3002\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u559c\u6b61\u5543\u5b8c\u4e00\u6574\u5305\u65b0\u9bae\u7684\u8ff7\u4f60\u80e1\u863f\u8514\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\u4e00\u60f3\u5230\u6c34\u716e\u80e1\u863f\u8514\u5c31\u89ba\u5f97\u5641\u5fc3\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u98df\u7269\u7684\u70f9\u98ea\u85dd\u8853\u4e26\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u53e3\u5473\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u3002\u4eba\u5011\u5e38\u5e38\u8a8d\u70ba\u70f9\u98ea\u662f\u63d0\u5347\u98df\u6750\u53e3\u5473\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u9019\u4e0d\u5b8c\u5168\u662f\u500b\u932f\u8aa4\u7684\u60f3\u6cd5\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u5728\u5099\u9910\u4e4b\u9918\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u4e5f\u60f3\u601d\u8003\u4e00\u4e0b\u70f9\u98ea\u5c0d\u98df\u7269\u990a\u5206\u6240\u9020\u6210\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u65bc\u751f\u98df\u98f2\u98df\u6f38\u6f38\u6210\u70ba\u98a8\u6f6e\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u807d\u904e\u4ee5\u4e0b\u7684\u8a55\u8ad6\uff1a\u751f\u7684\u852c\u83dc\u662f\u6700\u6709\u71df\u990a\u7684\uff0c\u852c\u83dc\u5728\u70f9\u716e\u5f8c\u5c31\u5931\u53bb\u4e86\u990a\u5206\u3002\u9019\u500b\u7406\u8ad6\u4e5f\u6703\u88ab\u7528\u5728\u5e7e\u4e4e\u6240\u6709\u98df\u7269\u985e\u7fa4\u4e0a\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u8089\u985e\u548c\u86cb\u985e\u7b49\u7b49\u3002\u9019\u500b\u770b\u4f3c\u9053\u7406\u5341\u8db3\u7684\u7406\u8ad6\u5230\u5e95\u662f\u771f\u662f\u5047\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u56de\u7b54\u5c31\u662f\uff1a\u6709\u6642\u771f\uff0c\u6709\u6642\u5047\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u6df1\u5165\u63a2\u8a0e\u66f4\u8a73\u7d30\u7684\u7b54\u6848\u3002\u6700\u521d\u7684\u554f\u984c\u53ea\u7d66\u6211\u5011\u5169\u7a2e\u9078\u64c7\uff1a\u751f\u98df vs. \u719f\u98df\u3002\u4f46\u56e0\u70ba\u6211\u5011\u6709\u8a31\u591a<a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/family-cooking\/\">\u70f9\u98ea\u852c\u83dc<\/a>\u7684\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u4e8b\u5be6\u4e0a\uff0c\u98f2\u98df\u72c0\u6cc1\u6bd4\u9019\u5169\u7a2e\u9078\u64c7\u9084\u8981\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u591a\uff1b\u4e0d\u4e00\u6a23\u7684\u990a\u5206\u4e5f\u56e0\u70ba\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u70f9\u98ea\u65b9\u5f0f\u800c\u9020\u6210\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u53cd\u61c9\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u990a\u5206\u6982\u8ad6<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u5177\u9ad4\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u80fd\u5728\u98df\u7269\u4e2d\u627e\u5230\u5169\u7a2e\u985e\u578b\u7684\u990a\u5206\uff1a\u5de8\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u548c\u5fae\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u3002\u5de8\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u5c31\u662f\u6211\u5011\u719f\u77e5\u7684\u8102\u80aa\u3001\u78b3\u6c34\u5316\u5408\u7269\u548c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u662f\u7d44\u6210\u4eba\u985e\u98f2\u98df\u7fd2\u6163\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u5143\u7d20\uff0c\u662f\u5efa\u69cb\u4eba\u9ad4\u7684\u57fa\u672c\u8981\u7d20\u4e26\u70ba\u4eba\u9ad4\u63d0\u4f9b\u80fd\u91cf\u652f\u6301\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53cd\u8a00\u4e4b\uff0c\u4eba\u9ad4\u5c0d\u5fae\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u76f8\u5c0d\u8f03\u5c11\u3002\uff08\u5225\u8b93\u9019\u500b\u5b9a\u8ad6\u9a19\u4e86\u60a8\uff01\u5c0d\u4eba\u9ad4\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u5fae\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u548c\u5de8\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u5177\u6709\u540c\u7b49\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u6027\uff01\uff09 \u5fae\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u5305\u62ec\u7dad\u751f\u7d20\u3001\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u548c\u690d\u7269\u71df\u990a\u7d20\uff08\u690d\u7269\u6df7\u5408\u7269\uff09\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u71df\u990a\u80fd\u5728\u7d30\u80de\u5c64\u9762\u4e0a\u5e6b\u6211\u5011\u898f\u6574\u4e26\u7dad\u6301\u4eba\u9ad4\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u53cd\u61c9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u63a2\u8a0e\u70f9\u716e\u5c0d\u98df\u7269\u990a\u5206\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u6642\uff0c\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u7814\u7a76\u90fd\u6ce8\u91cd\u5728\u5fae\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u4e0a\u2014\u2014\u7279\u5225\u662f\u70f9\u98ea\u5c0d<a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/qa\/vitamins\/\">\u7dad\u751f\u7d20<\/a>\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u800c\u56e0\u70ba\u672c\u6587\u7ae0\u7684\u76ee\u7684\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u4e5f\u5c07\u8457\u91cd\u5728\u7dad\u751f\u7d20\u7684\u8a0e\u8ad6\u4e0a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7dad\u751f\u7d20\u5206\u70ba\u5169\u7a2e\uff1a\u8102\u6eb6\u6027\uff08\u7dad\u751f\u7d20 A\u3001D\u3001E \u548cK\uff09\u53ca\u6c34\u6eb6\u6027 \uff08\u7dad\u751f\u7d20 C \u548c\u7dad\u751f\u7d20 B \u7fa4\uff09\u3002\u5169\u8005\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u7c21\u986f\u6613\u61c2\uff1a\u7dad\u751f\u7d20 C \u548c B \u7fa4\u80fd\u6eb6\u65bc\u6c34\u4e2d\uff0c\u7dad\u751f\u7d20 A\u3001D\u3001E \u548cK \u5247\u6eb6\u65bc\u8102\u80aa\u4e2d\u3002\u9019\u548c\u70f9\u98ea\u65b9\u5f0f\u5230\u5e95\u6709\u4ec0\u9ebc\u95dc\u4fc2\u5462\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u6709\u7684\u70f9\u98ea\u65b9\u5f0f\u4f7f\u7528\u6c34\uff0c\u6709\u7684\u4f7f\u7528\u6cb9\u8102\u3002\u800c\u7dad\u751f\u7d20\u7684\u53ef\u6eb6\u6027\u5c31\u662f\u5224\u65b7\u98df\u7269\u990a\u5206\u5c0d\u70f9\u98ea\u53cd\u61c9\u7684\u6700\u4f73\u6307\u6a19\u3002\u8209\u4f8b\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u852c\u83dc\u4e2d\u7684\u7dad\u751f\u7d20 C \uff08\u6c34\u6eb6\u6027\u7dad\u751f\u7d20\uff09\u542b\u91cf\u5c07\u5728\u6c34\u716e\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\u6f38\u6f38\u6d41\u5931\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u77ad\u89e3\u7dad\u751f\u7d20\u7684\u53ef\u6eb6\u6027\u662f\u500b\u597d\u7684\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c07\u958b\u59cb\u63a2\u8a0e\u66f4\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u7d30\u7bc0\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u70f9\u98ea\u5c0d\u990a\u5206\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff1a\u98df\u6750\u5167\u90e8\u6709\u4ec0\u9ebc\u8b8a\u5316\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u9078\u64c7\u4fdd\u7559\u990a\u5206\u7684\u70f9\u98ea\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e26\u4e0d\u662f\u7c21\u55ae\u7684\u6578\u5b78\u516c\u5f0f\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u990a\u5206\u4e0d\u50c5\u80fd\u6839\u64da\u70f9\u98ea\u65b9\u5f0f\u7684\u4e0d\u540c\u800c\u6709\u8457\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c<a C<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u5c0d\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u4eba\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u53ea\u8981\u8ac7\u53ca\u7dad\u751f\u7d20 C\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c31\u6703\u60f3\u5230\u67d1\u6a58\u985e\u7684\u6c34\u679c\u3002\u6c92\u932f\uff0c\u8272\u5f69\u4eae\u9e97\u7684\u67d1\u6a58\u985e\u6c34\u679c\u78ba\u5be6\u662f\u7dad\u751f\u7d20 C \u7684\u91cd\u8981\u4f86\u6e90\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u61c9\u8a72\u6c92\u6709\u4eba\u5728\u98df\u7528\u6a59\u5b50\u548c\u6ab8\u6aac\u524d\u70f9\u716e\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u6a59\u5b50\u6216\u6ab8\u6aac\u3002\u4ee5\u4e0b\u9019\u4e9b\u852c\u83dc\u4e2d\u4e5f\u542b\u6709\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u7dad\u751f\u7d20 C\u2014\u2014\u82b1\u6930\u83dc\uff08\u897f\u862d\u82b1\uff09\u3001\u62b1\u5b50\u7518\u85cd\u548c\u83e0\u83dc\uff0c\u800c\u5b83\u5011\u4e5f\u6709\u8457\u7368\u7279\u7684\u70f9\u98ea\u6545\u4e8b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6c34\u716e\u662f\u82b1\u6930\u83dc\uff08\u897f\u862d\u82b1\uff09\u548c\u62b1\u5b50\u7518\u85cd\u6700\u666e\u904d\u7684\u6599\u7406\u65b9\u5f0f\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u6211\u5011\u60f3\u70ba\u81ea\u5df1\u88dc\u5145\u6bcf\u65e5\u6240\u9700\u7684\u7dad\u751f\u7d20 K<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>\u60f3\u8a18\u5f97\u7dad\u751f\u7d20 K \u5728\u4eba\u9ad4\u4e2d\u7684\u89d2\u8272\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u5c31\u8a72\u8a18\u5f97\u300c\u96d9 B\u300d\uff1a\u8840\u6db2\uff08blood\uff09\u548c\u9aa8\u9abc\uff08bones\uff09\u3002\u7dad\u751f\u7d20 K \u662f\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u4eba\u9ad4\u6b63\u5e38\u51dd\u8840\u904e\u7a0b\u4e26\u7dad\u6301\u5065\u5eb7\u9aa8\u9abc\u7684\u8102\u6eb6\u6027\u990a\u5206\u3002\u7dad\u751f\u7d20 K
