href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/qa\/digestive-enzyme\/\">\u6d88\u5316\u9175\u7d20<\/a>\u662f\u5c07\u98f2\u98df\u5206\u89e3\u6210\u53ef\u5229\u7528\u3001\u80fd\u5438\u6536\u7684\u6210\u5206\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u4e0b\u5348\u5403\u4e86\u4e00\u9846\u860b\u679c\u5f8c\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0d\u8eab\u9ad4\u5c07\u860b\u679c\u8f49\u63db\u6210\u7cd6\u5206\u3001\u7e96\u7dad\u548c<a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/qa\/macronutrients\/\">\u5fae\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20<\/a>\u7684\u904b\u4f5c\u65b9\u5f0f\u8f03\u70ba\u719f\u6089\u3002\u90a3\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u60a8\u80fd\u611f\u89ba\u5230\u60a8\u7684\u7259\u9f52\u54ac\u4e0b\u3001\u5207\u5272\u4e26\u78e8\u788e\u98df\u7269\uff1b\u60a8\u751a\u81f3\u80fd\u5728\u8178\u80c3\u8815\u52d5\u6642\u611f\u89ba\u5230\u8178\u80c3\u4e2d\u7684\u98df\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6d88\u5316\u9175\u7d20\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u5728\u7121\u4eba\u5bdf\u89ba\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u9ed8\u9ed8\u5730\u9032\u884c\u8457\u2014\u2014\u56e0\u70ba\u5b83\u6b63\u4ee5\u5fae\u89c0\u7684\u89d2\u5ea6\u975c\u975c\u5730\u767c\u751f\u3002\u9175\u7d20\u662f\u8eab\u9ad4\u4e2d\u64c1\u6709\u7279\u6b8a\u529f\u80fd\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u652f\u6301\u8457\u8a31\u591a\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u53cd\u61c9\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u9175\u7d20\u5f15\u767c\u7684\u53cd\u61c9\u5728\u60a8\u4e0d\u77e5\u9053\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\u4e0d\u505c\u7684\u767c\u751f\uff0c\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u5982\u679c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u6d88\u5316\u9175\u7d20\u6c7a\u5b9a\u4f11\u5047\u4e00\u5929\uff0c\u60a8\u4e00\u5b9a\u5c0d\u5bdf\u89ba\u5230\u8eab\u9ad4\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u90a3\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u9019\u4e9b\u7279\u6b8a\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u652f\u6301\u8457<a href=\"\/?p=46738\">\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u6d88\u5316\u904e\u7a0b<\/a>\u3002\u8eab\u9ad4\u7684\u6d88\u5316\u8f38\u9001\u5e36\u4e0a\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u74b0\u7bc0\u90fd\u4f48\u6eff\u4e86\u9019\u4e9b\u9175\u7d20\uff0c\u5b83\u5011\u80fd\u5e6b\u52a9\u60a8\u7de9\u89e3\u8139\u6c23\u548c\u98fd\u8139\u611f\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4e5f\u80fd\u5728\u60a8\u5076\u723e\u5927\u91cf\u9032\u98df\u5f8c\u5e6b\u60a8\u8655\u7406\u8eab\u9ad4\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002*<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0a\u63d0\u5230\u7684\u53ea\u662f\u6d88\u5316\u9175\u7d20\u652f\u6301\u8eab\u9ad4\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\u65b9\u5f0f\u3002\u6211\u5011\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u7121\u6cd5\u5229\u7528\u6211\u5011\u7121\u6cd5\u5438\u6536\u7684\u990a\u5206\uff0c\u5f9e\u98df\u7269\u4e2d\u7684\u5de8\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u5e6b\u52a9\u8f03\u5c0f\u5206\u5b50\u7684\u751f\u6210\u662f\u7dad\u6301\u5168\u8eab\u71df\u990a\u88dc\u5145\u7684\u7406\u60f3\u95dc\u9375\u3002\u5728\u7d93\u9175\u7d20\u5e6b\u52a9\u7684\u53cd\u61c9\u5f8c\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u81b3\u98df\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u5c31\u80fd\u88ab\u5c0f\u8178\u5438\u6536\uff0c\u6700\u7d42\u5206\u914d\u81f3\u8eab\u9ad4\u4e2d\u7684\u6240\u6709\u7d30\u80de\u3002*<\/p>\n<p>\u82e5\u8eab\u9ad4\u7f3a\u5c11\u6d88\u5316\u9175\u7d20\uff0c\u9032\u98df\u5c31\u53ea\u4e0d\u904e\u662f\u6beb\u7121\u610f\u7fa9\u7684\u78e8\u7259\u6d3b\u52d5\u3002\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u8ddf\u8457\u60a8\u7684\u98df\u7269\uff0c\u4e00\u8d77\u8e0f\u4e0a\u9019\u8d9f\u6d88\u5316\u65c5\u7a0b\uff0c\u5728\u65c5\u7a0b\u4e0a\u7684\u6bcf\u4e00\u7ad9\u8a8d\u8b58\u9019\u4e9b\u5e6b\u52a9\u4eba\u9ad4\u5206\u89e3\u98df\u7269\u3001\u652f\u6301\u5065\u5eb7\u6709\u6548\u5438\u6536\u3001\u7d55\u4e0d\u53ef\u5c11\u7684\u6d88\u5316\u9175\u7d20\u3002*<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><strong>\u81ea\u7136\u6d88\u5316\u9175\u7d20\u7684\u5feb\u901f\u6307\u5357<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u8eab\u9ad4\u4e2d\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u53cd\u61c9\u9700\u8981\u7279\u5225\u7684\u9175\u7d20\u4f86\u652f\u6301\u4eba\u9ad4\u7684\u6b63\u5e38\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u82e5\u60f3\u7d30\u8ac7\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u5217\u51fa\u6975\u70ba\u5197\u9577\u7684\u6d88\u5316\u9175\u7d20\u6e05\u55ae\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u4ee5\u4e0b\u662f\u56db\u7a2e\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u4e14\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u6d88\u5316\u9175\u7d20\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u5b83\u5011\u5982\u4f55\u652f\u6301\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u6d88\u5316\uff1a \/>\n<h2><strong>\u5634\u5df4\uff1a\u4e00\u5207\u90fd\u5f9e\u53e3\u6c34\u958b\u59cb<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u5728\u770b\u898b\u6216\u55c5\u51fa\u80fd\u5373\u5c07\u958b\u52d5\u7684\u5927\u9910\u6642\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u53e3\u4e2d\u4e0d\u7981\u5206\u6ccc\u51fa\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u53e3\u6c34\u2014\u2014\u9019\u53ef\u4e0d\u662f\u5361\u901a\u4e2d\u770b\u898b\u7f8e\u5473\u665a\u9910\u7684\u8a87\u5927\u53cd\u61c9\u3002\u9019\u662f\u4eba\u9ad4\u904b\u9001\u6d88\u5316\u9175\u7d20\uff0c\u958b\u555f\u6d88\u5316\u904e\u7a0b\u7684\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u60a8\u7684\u553e\u6db2\u817a\u8ca0\u8cac\u5728\u553e\u6db2\u4e2d\u751f\u6210\u5e7e\u7a2e\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u9175\u7d20\uff0c\u5728\u5480\u56bc\u6642\u8207\u53e3\u4e2d\u7684\u98df\u7269\u6df7\u5408\u652a\u62cc\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u5305\u62ec\u8840\u6db2\u6fb1\u7c89\u9176\u7684\u7279\u6b8a\u6d88\u5316\u9175\u7d20\u5c07\u78b3\u6c34\u5316\u5408\u7269\u5206\u89e3\u6210\u55ae\u91a3\uff0c\u958b\u555f\u98df\u7269\u7684\u6d88\u5316\u4e4b\u65c5\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u80c3\u90e8\uff1a\u4e0d\u53ea\u662f\u80c3\u9178<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u60a8\u7684\u80c3\u90e8\u5728\u6211\u5011\u5403\u592a\u98fd\u6642\u767c\u51fa\u4f4e\u9cf4\u3001\u652a\u52d5\u4e26\u64f4\u5f35\u3002\u8ac7\u8ad6\u98f2\u98df\u6642\uff0c\u9019\u8b93\u80c3\u90e8\u6210\u70ba\u6700\u9700\u8981\u64d4\u5fc3\u7684\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u800c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u80c3\u90e8\u78ba\u5be6\u8eab\u8ca0\u6975\u70ba\u8907\u96dc\u7684\u91cd\u8cac\u5927\u4efb\u2014\u2014\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u82e5\u5c11\u4e86\u6d88\u5316\u9175\u7d20\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u7684\u80c3\u90e8\u5c31\u7121\u6cd5\u9032\u884c\u6b63\u5e38\u7684\u6d88\u5316\u529f\u80fd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u89e3\u8102\u9176\u4e2d\u4e00\u7a2e\u7531\u80c3\u58c1\u6240\u5206\u6ccc\u7684\u300c\u80c3\u86cb\u767d\u9176\u300d\uff0c\u914d\u5408\u80c3\u9178\u4e26\u7d50\u5408\u5206\u89e3\u8102\u80aa\u548c\u78b3\u6c34\u5316\u5408\u7269\u7684\u9175\u7d20\uff0c\u4e00\u8d77\u5206\u89e3\u5de8\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u3002\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u98f2\u98df\u4e2d\u7684\u8102\u80aa\u3001\u78b3\u6c34\u5316\u5408\u7269\u548c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7d93\u652a\u52d5\u3001\u62cc\u52fb\u548c\u5206\u89e3\uff0c\u5f62\u6210\u4e00\u7a2e\u7a31\u300c\u98df\u7cdc\u300d\u7684\u6db2\u9ad4\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u73fe\u5728\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u6240\u651d\u5165\u7684\u98df\u7269\u6b63\u6309\u90e8\u5c31\u73ed\u5730\u8f49\u63db\u80fd\u4f9b\u8eab\u9ad4\u5438\u6536\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u5728\u8eab\u9ad4<a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/nutrient-absorption\/\">\u5438\u6536\u71df\u990a<\/a>\u4e4b\u524d\uff0c\u6211\u5011\u9084\u9700\u8981\u5e7e\u500b\u5668\u5b98\u548c\u6240\u5c6c\u9175\u7d20\u7684\u5354\u52a9\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u80f0\u81df\uff1a\u9175\u7d20\u5206\u6ccc\u7684\u5f37\u52e2\u5668\u5b98 <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u60a8\u7684\u80f0\u81df\u5206\u6ccc\u8a31\u591a\u6c41\u6db2\u4ee5\u5e6b\u52a9\u98df\u7269\u9081\u5411\u66f4\u6709\u5229\u4eba\u9ad4\u6d88\u5316\u7684\u7269\u8cea\u5f62\u5f0f\u3002\u80f0\u81df\u4f4d\u65bc\u80c3\u90e8\u548c\u5c0f\u8178\u4e4b\u9593\uff0c\u5176\u6240\u751f\u6210\u7684\u9175\u7d20\u66f4\u9032\u4e00\u6b65\u5730\u5206\u89e3\u6211\u5011\u6240\u651d\u5165\u7684\u98df\u7269\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u7531\u4f4d\u5728\u5c0f\u8178\u6700\u4e0a\u65b9\u3001\u901a\u5f80\u5341\u4e8c\u6307\u8178\u7684\u7ba1\u9053\u4e2d\u9032\u5165\u80f0\u81df\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u4e9b\u8c50\u5bcc\u591a\u5143\u7684\u6d88\u5316\u9175\u7d20\u7279\u5225\u70ba\u5c07\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5206\u89e3\u70ba\u6c28\u57fa\u9178\u6216\u80bd\uff1b\u5206\u89e3\u8102\u80aa\u70ba\u69cb\u6210\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u548c\u7518\u6cb9\u7684\u6210\u5206\u6240\u5206\u6ccc\u3002\u78b3\u6c34\u5316\u5408\u7269\u4e5f\u5728\u672c\u6d88\u5316\u968e\u6bb5\u66f4\u52a0\u500d\u7c21\u5316\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u96d6\u7136\u7531<a
