\/><\/p>\n<p>\u60a8\u7684\u8eab\u6750\u5b8c\u5168\u7531\u60a8\u4f5c\u4e3b\u3002\u5929\u751f\u7684\u907a\u50b3\u85cd\u5716\u8207\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u9078\u64c7\u7684\u7d50\u5408\uff0c\u9ad4\u73fe\u4e86\u93e1\u4e2d\u6240\u5448\u73fe\u51fa\u4f86\u7684\u60a8\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u6c92\u6709\u4eba\u6703\u8207\u60a8\u7368\u7279\u7684\u8eab\u6750\u76f8\u540c\uff0c\u4f46\u5927\u591a\u6578\u4eba\u7684\u9ad4\u8cea\u90fd\u6703\u6b78\u70ba\u5e7e\u5927\u985e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u5c1a\u672a\u77e5\u9053\u60a8\u7684\u985e\u578b\uff0c\u60a8\u5c07\u5728\u4e0b\u6587\u4e2d\u627e\u51fa\u60a8\u7684\u9ad4\u8cea\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\u7121\u8ad6\u60a8\u7684\u9ad4\u8cea\u70ba\u4f55\uff0c\u90fd\u5148\u5fc5\u9700\u4e86\u89e3\u4e00\u500b\u4e0d\u53ef\u6216\u7f3a\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u4e8b\u5be6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u80a5\u80d6\u9ad4\u8cea\u3001\u7626\u9577\u9ad4\u8cea\u6216\u52fb\u7a31\u9ad4\u8cea\u90fd\u80fd\u8b93\u60a8\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u5065\u5eb7\u3001\u5feb\u6a02\u7684\u4eba\u751f\u3002\u4efb\u4f55\u9ad4\u8cea\u90fd\u4e0d\u6703\u6c38\u9060\u675f\u7e1b\u60a8\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u72c0\u6cc1\u3002\u60a8\u5c07\u5851\u9020\u5c08\u5c6c\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u548c\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u4e26\u4e0d\u4ee3\u8868\u60a8\u7121\u6cd5\u5f9e\u6709\u95dc\u9ad4\u8cea\u7684\u8a0e\u8ad6\u4e2d\u641c\u96c6\u5230\u6709\u7528\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff08\u6b63\u5f0f\u7684\u540d\u7a31\u70ba\u9ad4\u8cea\u7a2e\u985e\uff09\u3002\u4e86\u89e3\u9ad4\u578b\u7a2e\u985e\u4ee5\u53ca\u9069\u5408\u4e0d\u540c\u8eab\u6750\u7684\u5be6\u7528\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u63d0\u793a\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u5c0d\u60a8\u66f4\u6709\u5e6b\u52a9\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u822c\u5efa\u8b70\u70ba\u9032\u884c\u983b\u7e41\u7684\u9ad4\u80fd\u935b\u7149\u3001\u5747\u8861\u7684\u5929\u7136\u98df\u7269\u98f2\u98df\u3001\u826f\u597d\u7684\u7761\u7720\u8207\u5176\u5b83\u5065\u5eb7\u7fd2\u6163\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u90fd\u662f\u5927\u65b9\u5411\u7684\u5efa\u8b70\u3002\u4f46\u662f\uff0c\u4e86\u89e3\u60a8\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u9ad4\u8cea\u53ef\u4ee5\u6307\u5f15\u60a8\u88fd\u5b9a\u76ee\u6a19\u8207\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\uff0c\u4e26\u6709\u6548\u5730\u5be6\u73fe\u5b83\u5011\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7562\u7adf\uff0c\u60a8\u76ee\u524d\u7684\u8eab\u6750\u53ea\u662f\u8d77\u9ede\u3002\u60a8\u7684\u9ad4\u8cea\u5e7e\u4e4e\u53cd\u61c9\u51fa\u60a8\u6700\u8fd1\u7684\u98f2\u98df\u3001\u904b\u52d5\u3001\u7761\u7720\u53ca\u66f4\u591a\u5c64\u9762\u7684\u9078\u64c7\u3002\u5f9e\u73fe\u5728\u958b\u59cb\uff0c\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u904b\u7528\u4e0b\u9762\u7684\u984d\u5916\u8cc7\u8a0a\u505a\u6539\u8b8a\uff0c\u597d\u8b93\u60a8\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u6700\u7d42\u6210\u70ba\u93e1\u4e2d\u5448\u73fe\u7684\u60a8\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u60a8\u7684\u80a5\u80d6\u578b\u9ad4\u8cea\u6307\u5357<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img \/><\/p>\n<p>\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u5f9e\u77ee\u58ef\u6216\u5713\u6f64\u7684\u8eab\u5f62\u8fa8\u5225\u51fa\u80a5\u80d6\u9ad4\u8cea\u3002\u9019\u985e\u9ad4\u8cea\u7684\u4eba\u5927\u591a\u6703\u5728\u4e0a\u8179\u90e8\u548c\u81c0\u90e8\u5468\u570d\u5806\u7a4d\u8102\u80aa\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u539f\u56e0\u53ef\u6b78\u548e\u8f03\u7de9\u6162\u7684\u65b0\u9673\u4ee3\u8b1d\u3002\u4e45\u5750\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u548c\u904e\u591a\u7684\u5361\u8def\u91cc\u4e5f\u6703\u52a0\u5287\u8102\u80aa\u7684\u5806\u7a4d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5c0d\u6297\u6709\u589e\u52a0\u548c\u7dad\u6301\u8102\u80aa\u50be\u5411\u7684\u80a5\u80d6\u9ad4\u8cea\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u9078\u64c7\uff0c\u61c9\u5c07\u98f2\u98df\u548c\u904b\u52d5\u96c6\u4e2d\u5728\u6e1b\u80a5\u4e0a\u4e26\u4fdd\u6301\u5747\u8861\u9069\u7576\u7684\u5361\u8def\u91cc\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u80a5\u80d6\u9ad4\u8cea\u7684\u98f2\u98df\u5efa\u8b70\u5305\u542b\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u6ce8\u610f\u7cbe\u88fd\u98df\u54c1\u548c\u55ae\u91a3\u7684\u651d\u5165\u91cf\uff08\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u7cd6\uff09\u3002\u5bb9\u6613\u5132\u5b58\u8102\u80aa\u7684\u9ad4\u8cea\u5c0e\u81f4\u9019\u4e9b\u5bb9\u6613\u88ab\u98df\u7528\u904e\u5ea6\u7684\u98df\u54c1\u5806\u7a4d\u591a\u9918\u7684\u91cd\u91cf\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u958b\u59cb\u4f7f\u7528\u7626\u86cb\u767d\u4ee5\u5145\u6eff\u98fd\u8db3\u611f\u4e26\u4fc3\u9032\u808c\u8089\u751f\u9577\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u9078\u64c7\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u8102\u80aa\u3002\u4e0d\u8981\u907f\u514d\u98df\u7528\u6709\u76ca\u7684\u5967\u7c73\u52a0\u8102\u80aa\u9178\uff08\u5982\u51b7\u6c34\u9b5a\u4e2d\u7684\u8102\u80aa\u9178\uff09\u548c\u690d\u7269\u6027\u8102\u80aa\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u8102\u80aa\u5132\u5b58\u662f\u6b64\u985e\u9ad4\u578b\u6700\u8a72\u5c08\u6ce8\u7684\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5bc6\u5207\u6ce8\u610f\u5361\u8def\u91cc\u7684\u651d\u5165\u91cf\u53ca\u6d88\u8017\u91cf\u3002\u5b83\u5c0d\u4efb\u4f55\u9ad4\u8cea\u7684\u9ad4\u91cd\u7ba1\u7406\u6709\u91cd\u5927\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u5c0d\u80a5\u80d6\u9ad4\u8cea\u66f4\u70ba\u95dc\u9375\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u591a\u98df\u7528\u8272\u5f69\u8c50\u5bcc\u3001\u9ad8\u7e96\u7684\u852c\u83dc\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u6c34\u679c\u548c\u852c\u83dc\u7684\u5361\u8def\u91cc\u542b\u91cf\u8f03\u4f4e\uff0c\u4e26\u5bcc\u542b\u5927\u91cf\u7684\u7e96\u7dad\uff0c\u4f7f\u60a8\u7684\u98fd\u8db3\u611f\u66f4\u6301\u4e45\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u80a5\u80d6\u9ad4\u8cea\u7684\u4eba\u61c9\u6ce8\u91cd\u71c3\u71d2\u8102\u80aa\u7684\u904b\u52d5\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u4fdd\u6301\u808c\u8089\u8cea\u91cf\u3001\u7a69\u5b9a\u95dc\u7bc0\u548c\u4fc3\u9032\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u5065\u5eb7\u3002 \u9019\u4ee3\u8868\u7d50\u5408\u6709\u6c27\u904b\u52d5\uff08\u6b65\u884c\u3001\u8dd1\u6b65\u3001\u9a0e\u81ea\u884c\u8eca\u7b49\uff09\u548c\u91cd\u91cf\u8a13\u7df4\u3002\u9019\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u7dad\u6301\u6216\u808c\u8089\u751f\u9577\u6642\u71c3\u71d2\u984d\u5916\u7684\u5361\u8def\u91cc\u3002\u6bd4\u8d77\u53ea\u5c08\u6ce8\u65bc\u540c\u7a2e\u904b\u52d5\uff0c\u7d50\u5408\u6709\u6c27\u904b\u52d5\u548c\u91cd\u91cf\u8a13\u7df4\u53ef\u4ee5\u71c3\u71d2\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u8102\u80aa\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u4e0a\u8179\u90e8\u5468\u570d\u589e\u52a0\u9ad4\u91cd\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u70ba\u9577\u671f\u5065\u5eb7\u5e36\u4f86\u56f0\u64fe\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u80a5\u80d6\u578b\u9ad4\u8cea\u66f4\u9700\u6ce8\u610f\u62b5\u79a6\u9019\u7a2e\u8da8\u52e2\u3002\u9078\u64c7\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u65b9\u5f0f\u80fd\u5e6b\u52a9\u89e3\u6c7a\u8207\u9ad4\u91cd\u76f8\u95dc\u7684\u6f5b\u5728\u5065\u5eb7\u554f\u984c\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u60a8\u7684\u7626\u9577\u578b\u9ad4\u8cea\u6307\u5357<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img \u6240\u6709\u9019\u4e9b\u5f62\u5bb9\u8a5e\u90fd\u63cf\u8ff0\u5178\u578b\u7684\u7626\u9577\u578b\u9ad4\u8cea\u3002\u5feb\u901f\u7684\u65b0\u9673\u4ee3\u8b1d\u662f\u4fdd\u6301\u9019\u7a2e\u9ad4\u578b\u7e96\u7626\u7d30\u9577\u8eab\u578b\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u56e0\u7d20\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u7626\u9577\u578b\u9ad4\u8cea\u5728\u589e\u52a0\u9ad4\u91cd\u548c\u589e\u5f37\u808c\u8089\u4e0a\u6709\u4e9b\u56f0\u96e3\u3002\u5c0d\u67d0\u4e9b\u4eba\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u9019\u6216\u8a31\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5f88\u597d\u7684\u56f0\u64fe\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u9084\u4ee3\u8868\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u8086\u7121\u5fcc\u619a\u5730\u5403\uff0c\u4e26\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u904b\u52d5\u3002\u4f46\u5225\u592a\u5929\u771f\u3002\u7626\u9577\u578b\u9ad4\u8cea\u7684\u4eba\u4ecd\u9700\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u98f2\u98df\u548c\u9ad4\u80fd\u935b\u7149\uff0c\u4ee5\u7dad\u6301\u6700\u4f73\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7626\u9577\u9ad4\u8cea\u7684\u98f2\u98df\u7d30\u7bc0\u542b\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5728\u98f2\u98df\u4e2d\u591a\u6dfb\u52a0\u71df\u990a\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u98df\u7269\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u53ea\u98df\u7528\u4f4e\u71df\u990a\u542b\u91cf\u7684\u98df\u7269\u4f86\u4fc3\u9032\u65b0\u9673\u4ee3\u8b1d\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u591a\u651d\u53d6\u9ad8\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7684\u98df\u7269\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u5de8\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u5c0d\u65bc\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u90fd\u81f3\u95dc\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u4f46\u5c0d\u65bc\u7626\u9577\u578b\u9ad4\u8cea\u7684\u4eba\u7dad\u6301\u6216\u589e\u5f37\u808c\u8089\u8cea\u91cf\u7279\u5225\u6709\u7528\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u60f3\u589e\u91cd\uff0c\u5247\u591a\u6ce8\u91cd\u80fd\u91cf\u4e0d\u5747\u5730\u651d\u53d6\u66f4\u591a\u5361\u8def\u91cc\uff0c\u800c\u975e\u6d88\u8017\u71b1\u91cf\u3002\u651d\u53d6\u984d\u5916\u7684\u5361\u8def\u91cc\u5728\u6709\u76ca\u8102\u80aa\u3001\u7626\u86cb\u767d\u548c\u71df\u990a\u8c50\u5bcc\u7684\u98df\u54c1\u4e0a\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u9078\u64c7\u8f03\u4f73\u7684\u78b3\u6c34\u5316\u5408\u7269\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u7626\u9577\u578b\u9ad4\u8cea\u7684\u5de8\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u5927\u591a\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u78b3\u6c34\u5316\u5408\u7269\u4e2d\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\u60a8\u7684\u9078\u64c7\u4e5f\u8b8a\u5f97\u66f4\u5ee3\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u66f4\u591a\u7684\u9078\u64c7\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u7522\u751f\u76f2\u9078\u3002\u5805\u6301\u651d\u53d6\u8f03\u4f73\u7684\u78b3\u6c34\u5316\u5408\u7269\u7684\u98df\u7269\u4f86\u6e90\uff0c\u4f8b\u5982\u5168\u7a40\u7269\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>\u7626\u9577\u578b\u9ad4\u8cea\u7684\u904b\u52d5\u61c9\u642d\u914d\u7279\u5b9a\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u5c31\u5982\u540c\u4efb\u4f55\u9ad4\u8cea\u4e00\u6a23\u3002\u9019\u901a\u5e38\u4ee3\u8868\u90a3\u4e9b\u60f3\u8981\u9577\u808c\u8089\u7684\u4eba\u9700\u9032\u884c\u6c88\u91cd\u7684\u91cd\u91cf\u8a13\u7df4\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u8ca0\u91cd\u8a13\u7df4\u5c0d\u9aa8\u9abc\u548c\u95dc\u7bc0\u4e5f\u76f8\u7576\u6709\u76ca\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7626\u9577\u578b\u9ad4\u8cea\u7684\u935b\u934a\u6280\u5de7\u662f\u5728\u7d44\u8207\u7d44\u7684\u9593\u6b47\u591a\u4f11\u606f\uff0c\u9019\u6a23\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u904b\u52d5\u6642\u6e1b\u5c11\u71c3\u71d2\u6389\u5361\u8def\u91cc\u3002\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u4ef6\u597d\u4e8b\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u7626\u9577\u578b\u9ad4\u8cea\u5feb\u901f\u7684\u65b0\u9673\u4ee3\u8b1d\u6703\u8fc5\u901f\u589e\u52a0\u5361\u8def\u91cc\u7684\u7f3a\u4e4f\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u963b\u7919\u589e\u52a0\u9ad4\u91cd\u7684\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7531\u65bc\u5929\u751f\u7e96\u7626\u7684\u50be\u5411\uff0c\u5bb9\u6613\u6389\u5165\u300c\u82d7\u689d\u5c31\u662f\u5065\u5eb7\u300d\u7684\u8ff7\u601d\u3002\u50c5\u56e0\u70ba\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5<em>\u653e\u4efb<\/em>\u5730\u5403\u548c\u4e0d\u5728\u610f\u904b\u52d5\uff0c\u4e26\u4e0d\u4ee3\u8868\u5c0d\u60a8\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u6709\u76ca\u8655\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5747\u8861\u3001\u591a\u6a23\u5316\u7684\u98f2\u98df\u548c\u5b9a\u671f\u904b\u52d5\u5982\u6b64\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u98f2\u98df\u80fd\u5728\u71c3\u71d2\u65b0\u9673\u4ee3\u8b1d\u7684\u540c\u6642\u63d0\u4f9b\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u7dad\u6301\u6574\u9ad4\u5065\u5eb7\u6240\u9700\u7684\u71df\u990a\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u80fd\u5e6b\u52a9\u652f\u6301\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u3001\u9aa8\u9abc\u3001\u95dc\u7bc0\u548c\u808c\u8089\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u60a8\u7684\u52fb\u7a31\u578b\u9ad4\u8cea\u6307\u5357<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img \u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u5b83\u56de\u7b54\u4e86\u4e00\u500b\u554f\u984c\uff1a\u80a5\u80d6\u578b\u9ad4\u8cea\u548c\u7626\u9577\u578b\u9ad4\u8cea\u7684\u4e2d\u9593\u9ad4\u8cea\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff1f<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5f88\u597d\u7684\u8d77\u9ede\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5982\u679c\u80a5\u80d6\u578b\u9ad4\u8cea\u770b\u8d77\u4f86\u5713\u6f64\u800c\u7626\u9577\u578b\u9ad4\u8cea\u770b\u8d77\u4f86\u7e96\u9577\uff0c\u5247\u52fb\u7a31\u578b\u9ad4\u8cea\u5c31\u5c6c\u65bc\u5c45\u4e2d\u7684\u904b\u52d5\u578b\u8eab\u6750\u3002\u5bec\u95ca\u7684\u80a9\u8180\u548c\u767c\u9054\u7684\u808c\u8089\u7dda\u689d\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u9ad4\u578b\u66f4\u50cf\u662f V This experience working on these scientific topics\u2014and a borderline unhealthy obsession with NPR\u2019s \u201cScience Friday\u201d radio show\u2014led David to move over to the Health and Science Education Team. Now he schedules, writes, and edits stories on www.AskTheScientists.com, and creates and coordinates the Nutrition Spotlight newsletter. Outside of the office, he enjoys his pets, books, premium cable television, sports, overly fancy food, and drinks with friends. David also runs his own amateur chemistry and microbiology experiments in his garage.
