href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/zh-hant\/immune-system\/\">\u6211\u5011\u7a31\u4e4b\u70ba\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71<\/a>\u3002\u5b83\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u7531\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u7d44\u7e54\u548c\u5668\u5b98\u7d44\u6210\u7684\u7db2\u7d61\uff0c\u806f\u5408\u63d0\u4f9b\u5168\u5929\u5019\u7684\u5168\u8eab\u6027\u9632\u8b77\u3002\u5728\u60a8\u4e0d\u81ea\u89ba\u7684\u60c5\u6cc1\u4e0b\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u6703\u8fa8\u8b58\u4e26\u653b\u64ca\u5404\u5f0f\u5404\u6a23\u7684\u65e5\u5e38\u6027\u5a01\u8105\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u6703\u5c07\u9019\u4e9b\u75c5\u539f\u9ad4\u8207\u5065\u5eb7\u7d44\u7e54\u5340\u5206\u958b\u4f86\u3002\u4f46\u9019\u500b\u795e\u5947\u7684\u7cfb\u7d71\u6709\u6642\u537b\u53cd\u800c\u6703\u88ab\u82b1\u7c89\u7b49\u5a01\u8105\u8f03\u5c0f\u7684\u7269\u9ad4\u62d6\u57ae\uff0c\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u60a8\u5b63\u7bc0\u6027\u904e\u654f\u7684\u958b\u7aef\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5f9e\u9f3b\u5b50\u3001\u5634\u5df4\u548c\u773c\u775b\u6240\u8d77\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u4f86\u8aaa\uff0c\u904e\u654f\u75c7\u72c0\u5982\u6d41\u9f3b\u6d95\u3001\u6d41\u773c\u6dda\u548c\u6253\u5674\u568f\u90fd\u6709\u4e00\u5b9a\u7684\u9053\u7406\u3002\u7531\u65bc\u5b83\u5011\u662f\u5165\u4fb5\u8005\u6613\u9032\u7684\u5165\u53e3\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u60a8\u7684\u773c\u6dda\u548c\u9ecf\u6db2\u90fd\u914d\u6709\u4e00\u7a2e\u53eb\u505a\u6eb6\u83cc\u9176\u7684\u9176\uff0c\u5b83\u80fd\u5920\u5206\u89e3\u8a31\u591a\u7d30\u83cc\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u58c1\u3002\u60a8\u7684\u553e\u6db2\u4e2d\u542b\u6709\u6297\u83cc\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u800c\u60a8\u7684\u9f3b\u8154\u548c\u80ba\u90e8\u7684\u5916\u5c64\u5247\u6709\u9ecf\u6db2\u4fdd\u8b77\u7f69\uff0c\u5176\u4e0a\u6392\u5217\u8457\u8a31\u591a\u80a5\u5927\u7d30\u80de\uff0c\u5b83\u662f\u767d\u8840\u7403\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4efb\u4f55\u7d30\u83cc\u6216\u75c5\u6bd2\u60f3\u901a\u904e\u9019\u4e9b\u901a\u9053\u5165\u4fb5\u7684\u8a71\uff0c\u9996\u5148\u5fc5\u9808\u6210\u529f\u95d6\u904e\u9019\u4e9b\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u9632\u79a6\u3002\u5c0d\u60a8\u5065\u5eb7\u4e0d\u69cb\u6210\u5a01\u8105\u7684\u7121\u5bb3\u7269\u8cea\u4e5f\u6703\u88ab\u9632\u79a6\u7db2\u6514\u622a\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u88ab\u60a8\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u8aa4\u5224\u70ba\u6467\u6bc0\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u9019\u4e5f\u662f\u5c0e\u81f4\u904e\u654f\u6700\u57fa\u672c\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f46\u662f\u9084\u6709\u66f4\u591a\u503c\u5f97\u63a2\u7d22\u7684\u6771\u897f\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u82e5\u60a8\u6703\u7d93\u5e38\u9f3b\u585e\u3001\u6d41\u9f3b\u6c34\u3001\u6253\u5674\u568f\u7684\u8a71\u3002\u8b93\u6211\u5011\u4f86\u6df1\u5165\u4e86\u89e3\u5427\uff01<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u5b63\u7bc0\u6027\u904e\u654f\uff1a\u5b83\u5011\u662f\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff1f\u70ba\u4f55\u6703\u767c\u751f\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img \/><\/p>\n<p>\u904e\u654f\u539f\u901a\u5e38\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u7121\u5bb3\u7684\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u537b\u6703\u523a\u6fc0\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\uff0c\u5c0e\u81f4\u904e\u654f\u53cd\u61c9\uff0c\u9019\u88ab\u8996\u70ba\u4e00\u7a2e\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u51fa\u932f\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5b63\u7bc0\u6027\u904e\u654f\uff08\u4e5f\u7a31\u904e\u654f\u6027\u9f3b\u708e\u6216\u4e7e\u8349\u71b1\uff09\u662f\u4eba\u9ad4\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u5728\u4e00\u5e74\u4e4b\u4e2d\u67d0\u4e9b\u6642\u9593\u5c0d\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u7684\u7121\u5bb3\u7269\u8cea\u53cd\u61c9\u904e\u5ea6\u6240\u9020\u6210\u7684\u3002\u4e7e\u8349\u71b1\uff08\u82b1\u7c89\u75c7\uff09\u540d\u7a31\u7684\u7531\u4f86\uff0c\u6b63\u662f\u56e0\u7232\u9019\u662f\u4eba\u5011\u5728\u590f\u5b63\u6536\u5272\u4e7e\u8349\u6642\u6240\u7d93\u6b77\u7684\u75c7\u72c0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u82b1\u7c89\u662f\u5b63\u7bc0\u6027\u904e\u654f\u60a3\u8005\u4e2d\u6700\u5e38\u898b\u7684\u904e\u654f\u539f\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u7d30\u5c0f\u7684\u7c89\u72c0\u7269\u8cea\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u6625\u5b63\u3001\u590f\u5b63\u548c\u79cb\u5b63\u6642\u7531\u6a39\u6728\u3001\u9752\u8349\u3001\u91ce\u8349\u548c\u82b1\u5349\u6240\u7522\u751f\u7684\u3002\u6388\u7c89\u884c\u70ba\u6703\u5c07\u82b1\u7c89\u5fae\u7c92\u5f9e\u690d\u7269\u7684\u96c4\u6027\u7269\u8cea\u8f49\u79fb\u5230\u96cc\u6027\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u5f9e\u800c\u9032\u884c\u7e41\u6b96\u3002\u7576\u82b1\u7c89\u88ab\u91cb\u653e\u5230\u7a7a\u6c23\u4e2d\uff0c\u88ab\u98a8\u5439\u6563\uff0c\u6216\u7531\u6606\u87f2\u3001\u8759\u8760\u548c\u9ce5\u985e\u651c\u5e36\u81f3\u5176\u5b83\u540c\u7a2e\u690d\u7269\u4e0a\uff0c\u5c31\u80fd\u6210\u529f\u6388\u7c89\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6388\u7c89\u662f\u8a31\u591a\u690d\u7269\u751f\u547d\u9031\u671f\u4e2d\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u4e00\u500b\u74b0\u7bc0\uff0c\u4f46\u82e5\u60a8\u60a3\u6709\u5b63\u7bc0\u6027\u904e\u654f\uff0c\u9019\u7a2e\u6388\u7c89\u884c\u70ba\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u9020\u6210\u56b4\u91cd\u56f0\u64fe\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u4e9b\u5fae\u5c0f\u7121\u5bb3\u7684\u82b1\u7c89\u5fae\u7c92\u5728\u7a7a\u6c23\u4e2d\u61f8\u6d6e\uff0c\u6709\u6642\u6703\u9032\u5165\u60a8\u7684\u9f3b\u8154\uff0c\u5f15\u767c\u9f3b\u5167\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u61c9\u3002\u9019\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u8b93\u60a8\u6253\u5674\u568f\u3001\u6d41\u9f3b\u6c34\u6216\u9f3b\u585e\u3001\u6d41\u773c\u6dda\u3001\u9f3b\u5b50\u6216\u5589\u56a8\u767c\u7662\u3002\u96d6\u7136\u9019\u4e9b\u75c7\u72c0\u807d\u8d77\u4f86\u6216\u611f\u89ba\u4e0a\u50cf\u611f\u5192\uff0c\u4f46\u5b83\u5011\u4e0d\u662f\u7531\u75c5\u6bd2\u5f15\u8d77\u7684\uff0c\u9019\u53ea\u662f\u60a8\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u5c0d\u90a3\u4e9b\u300c\u7121\u5bb3\u300d\u7684\u690d\u7269\u82b1\u7c89\u53cd\u61c9\u904e\u5ea6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u96d6\u7136\u8981\u5224\u5b9a\u60a8\u662f\u5b63\u7bc0\u6027\u904e\u654f\u9084\u662f\u611f\u5192\u53ef\u80fd\u6709\u9ede\u96e3\uff0c\u4f46\u5169\u8005\u9593\u9084\u662f\u6709\u4e00\u4e9b\u7368\u7279\u7684\u5dee\u7570\uff1a<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u5b63\u7bc0\u6027\u904e\u654f\u4e0d\u6703\u767c\u71d2\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u60a8\u7684\u5206\u6ccc\u7269\u901a\u5e38\u90fd\u5f88\u7a00\u8584\u800c\u6e05\u6f88\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u60a8\u7684\u9f3b\u5b50\u3001\u5589\u56a8\u548c\u8033\u6735\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u611f\u5230\u6414\u7662\uff0c\u4e5f\u53ef\u80fd\u6703\u9023\u6253\u597d\u5e7e\u500b\u5674\u568f\u3002<\/li>\n<li>\u5b63\u7bc0\u6027\u904e\u654f\u75c7\u72c0\u901a\u5e38\u6301\u7e8c7\u523010\u5929\u4ee5\u4e0a\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u5b83\u5011\u8207\u82b1\u7c89\u7684\u7522\u751f\u53ca\u6578\u91cf\u6709\u95dc\u3002<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>\u5b63\u7bc0\u6027\u904e\u654f\u662f\u5982\u4f55\u9020\u6210\u7684\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img
