href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/zh-hant\/qa\/macronutrients\/\">\u71df\u990a\u8c50\u5bcc<\/a>\u7684\u98df\u7269\u5c0d\u4eba\u9ad4\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u6709\u76ca\u3002\u9019\u4ee3\u8868\u5b83\u5011\u542b\u6709\u5404\u7a2e\u7dad\u751f\u7d20\u3001\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u3001\u690d\u7269\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u548c\u5176\u5b83\u6709\u76ca\u7684\u71df\u990a\u6210\u5206\u3002\u5176\u4e2d\u7684\u03b2-\u8461\u805a\u91a3\u3001\u7dad\u751f\u7d20C\u3001\u7dad\u751f\u7d20B\u7fa4\u548c\u92c5\u7b49\uff0c\u5247\u662f\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5b83\u5011\u90fd\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u4fdd\u8b77\u60a8\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u5177\u6709\u8f14\u52a9\u514d\u75ab\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u529f\u80fd\uff0c\u5982\u55dc\u4e2d\u6027\u767d\u8840\u7403\u3001\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u548c\u81ea\u7136\u6bba\u624b\u7d30\u80de\u3002\u514d\u75ab\u71df\u990a\u53ef\u4ee5\u8f14\u52a9\u60a8\u7684\u81ea\u7136\u9632\u79a6\u529b\uff0c\u5e6b\u52a9\u60a8\u4fdd\u6301\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u900f\u904e\u65e5\u5e38\u81b3\u98df\u4f86\u651d\u53d6\u9019\u4e9b\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u597d\u6d88\u606f\u662f\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e00\u7a2e\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u90fd\u6709\u5065\u5eb7\u3001\u7f8e\u5473\u7684\u5916\u5305\u88dd\u3002\u7121\u8ad6\u662f\u7d05\u8fa3\u6912\u3001\u5947\u7570\u679c\u3001\u9df9\u5634\u8c46\u9084\u662f\u8170\u679c\uff0c\u6bcf\u6b21\u53bb\u5546\u5e97\u6642\u90fd\u8a18\u5f97\u8cb7\u9ede\u8f14\u52a9\u514d\u75ab\u529b\u7684\u98df\u7269\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/zh-hant\/qa\/proglucamune\/\">\u03b2-\u8461\u805a\u91a3<\/a>\uff08\u9019\u662f\u8611\u83c7\u4e2d\u80fd\u8f14\u52a9\u514d\u75ab\u7684\u71df\u990a\u6210\u5206\uff09\u3002\u03b2-\u8461\u805a\u91a3\u662f\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u771f\u83cc\uff08\u5982\u8611\u83c7\uff09\u3001\u7d30\u83cc\u548c\u5176\u5b83\u690d\u7269\u7684\u7d30\u80de\u58c1\u7684\u7cd6\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u4e5f\u5b58\u5728\u65bc\u71d5\u9ea5\u3001\u5176\u5b83\u7a40\u7269\u548c\u4e73\u88fd\u54c1\u4e2d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7576\u60a8\u5403\u4e0b\u5bcc\u542b\u03b2-\u8461\u805a\u91a3\u7684\u98df\u7269\u6642\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u5c31\u6703\u589e\u5f3a\u3002\u03b2-\u8461\u805a\u91a3\u662f\u514d\u75ab\u523a\u6fc0\u5291\uff0c\u4ea6\u5373\u5b83\u5011\u80fd\u8f14\u52a9\u514d\u75ab\u7d30\u80de\u7684\u529f\u80fd\u548c\u53cd\u61c9\u6027\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u5fae\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u652f\u63f4\u55dc\u4e2d\u6027\u767d\u8840\u7403\u7684\u6b63\u5e38\u6d3b\u52d5\uff0c\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u7dad\u6301\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u60a8\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u53cd\u61c9\u53ef\u4ee5\u85c9\u7531\u03b2-\u8461\u805a\u91a3\u7b49\u5206\u5b50\u4f86\u5f15\u767c\u3002\u5b83\u5011\u7528\u7121\u5bb3\u7684\u523a\u6fc0\u4f86\u8a13\u7df4\u60a8\u7684\u5148\u5929\u514d\u75ab\u529b\uff08\u60a8\u53e4\u8001\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\uff09\uff0c\u4ee5\u5c0d\u771f\u6b63\u7684\u5a01\u8105\u505a\u51fa\u53cd\u61c9\u3002\u60a8\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u7cfb\u7d71\u73fe\u5728\u5c07\u8655\u65bc\u9ad8\u5ea6\u610f\u8b58\u72c0\u614b\uff0c\u300c\u6e05\u9192\u300d\u8457\u4e26\u96a8\u6642\u8b66\u6212\u8457\u5916\u4f86\u7684\u89f8\u767c\u56e0\u5b50\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u03b2-\u8461\u805a\u91a3\u7684\u5b58\u5728\u4e5f\u6703\u523a\u6fc0\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\uff08\u4e00\u7a2e\u767d\u8840\u7403\uff09\u7684\u6d3b\u6027\u3002\u5728\u03b2-\u8461\u805a\u91a3\u7684\u5e6b\u52a9\u4e0b\uff0c\u55dc\u4e2d\u6027\u767d\u8840\u7403\u548c\u5de8\u566c\u7d30\u80de\u5728\u7dad\u6301\u514d\u75ab\u5065\u5eb7\u65b9\u9762\u767c\u63ee\u8457\u91cd\u8981\u4f5c\u7528\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5bcc\u542b\u03b2-\u8461\u805a\u91a3\u7684\u98df\u7269\u5f88\u5e38\u898b\u3002\u03b2-\u8461\u805a\u91a3\u662f\u6dfb\u52a0\u5728\u98df\u7269\u4e2d\u7684\u5927\u91cf\u591a\u91a3\uff08\u5927\u7cd6\u5206\u5b50\uff09\u4ee5\u589e\u52a0\u5176\u7e96\u7dad\u542b\u91cf\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u7a40\u7269\u3001\u70d8\u7119\u98df\u54c1\u3001\u5373\u6eb6\u71d5\u9ea5\u7247\u548c\u4e73\u88fd\u54c1\uff0c\u90fd\u542b\u6709\u03b2-\u8461\u805a\u91a3\u3002\u591a\u8a8d\u8b58\u03b2-\u8461\u805a\u91a3\u7684\u81b3\u98df\u4f86\u6e90\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u990a\u6210\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u71df\u990a\u6982\u5ff5\u3002<\/p>\n<p><img
