\/><\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u8ad6\u60a8\u662f\u5426\u559c\u6b61\uff0c\u6d41\u6c57\u5c31\u662f\u60a8\u751f\u6d3b\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u60a8\u8eab\u9ad4\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u51b7\u537b\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u904b\u52d5\u3001\u7dca\u5f35\u6216\u592a\u71b1\u6642\u90fd\u6703\u51fa\u6c57\u3002\u5149\u51fa\u6c57\u662f\u6c92\u6709\u6c23\u5473\u7684\uff0c\u4f46\u6211\u5011\u5e38\u5e38\u6703\u767c\u73fe\u6709\u660e\u986f\u7684\u6c23\u5473\u4f34\u96a8\u8457\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u5728\u5927\u91cf\u6d41\u6c57\u5f8c\uff0c\u9ad4\u5473\u5c31\u6703\u52a0\u91cd\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9019\u7a2e\u4ee4\u4eba\u4e0d\u6109\u5feb\u7684\u6c23\u5473\u5176\u5be6\u662f\u6c57\u6c34\u548c\u76ae\u819a\u4e0a\u5c0f\u751f\u614b\uff08<a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/zh-hant\/defining-microbiome\/\">\u5fae\u751f\u7269<\/a>\uff09\u7684\u526f\u7522\u54c1\u3002\u4f86\u77ad\u89e3\u6c57\u5473\u7522\u751f\u7684\u771f\u6b63\u539f\u56e0\u3001\u8981\u5982\u4f55\u63a7\u5236\u6c57\u5473\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u9ad4\u5473\u7684\u8b8a\u5316\u6240\u50b3\u9054\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u8a0a\u606f\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u7d30\u83cc\uff1a\u9ad4\u5473\u7684\u59cb\u4f5c\u4fd1\u8005<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u5982\u4e0a\u6240\u8ff0\uff0c\u9ad4\u5473\u7684\u5143\u5147\u5176\u5be6\u662f\u7d30\u83cc\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u6c57\u6c34\u3002\u6bcf\u7576\u505a\u5b8c\u9ad4\u529b\u6d3b\u52d5\u3001\u60c5\u7dd2\u7dca\u5f35\u3001\u6216\u592a\u71b1\u6642\uff0c\u60a8\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u6703\u5c0b\u6c42\u51b7\u537b\u7684\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u60a8\u8eab\u9ad4\u7684\u84b8\u767c\u6563\u71b1\u7cfb\u7d71\u3002\u6c57\u6db2\u901a\u904e<a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/zh-hant\/skin-layers\/\">\u76ae\u819a\u8868\u9762<\/a>\u4e0a\u7684\u6bdb\u5b54\u84b8\u767c\uff0c\u9032\u800c\u5c07\u8eab\u9ad4\u904e\u591a\u7684\u71b1\u91cf\u964d\u4f4e\u3002\u7576\u6c57\u6c34\u63a5\u89f8\u5230\u60a8\u76ae\u819a\u4e0a\u7684\u7d30\u83cc\u6642\uff0c\u5c31\u6703\u7522\u751f\u523a\u9f3b\u7684\u6c23\u5473\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u81ed\u6c23\u662f\u7d30\u83cc\u5206\u89e3\u6c57\u817a\u6240\u5206\u6ccc\u7684\u6c57\u6db2\u6642\u6240\u7522\u751f\u7684\u526f\u7522\u54c1\u3002\u7d30\u83cc\u5206\u89e3\u6c57\u6db2\u7684\u904e\u7a0b\u4e2d\uff0c\u6703\u7522\u751f\u7a31\u70ba\u786b\u9187\uff08\u767c\u97f3\u70ba\u300c\u6d41\u7d14\u300d\uff09\u7684\u5316\u5408\u7269\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u5316\u5408\u7269\u805e\u8d77\u4f86\u50cf\u6d0b\u8525\u3001\u8089\u548c\u786b\u78fa\u3002\u8b93\u814b\u4e0b\u767c\u81ed\u7684\u798d\u9996\u662f\u7531\u7d30\u83cc\u88fd\u9020\u7684\u786b\u9187\uff0c\u800c\u4e0d\u662f\u6c57\u6c34\u3002\u9019\u7a2e\u7d30\u83cc\u5176\u5be6\u662f\u60a8\u76ae\u819a\u4e0a\u7684\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u74b0\u5883\u4e2d\u6b63\u5e38\u800c\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u4e00\u90e8\u5206\uff0c\u7d30\u83cc\u7576\u4e2d\u6700\u61c9\u8a72\u5c0d\u9ad4\u5473\u8ca0\u8cac\u7684\u662f<em>\u4eba\u8461\u8404\u7403\u83cc<\/em>\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u4e0d\u540c\u6c57\u6c34\uff0c\u4e0d\u540c\u6c23\u5473\uff1f<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><img href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/zh-hant\/stress-weight\/\">\u7dca\u5f35<\/a>\u6642\u90fd\u6703\u6d41\u6c57\uff0c\u4f46\u6c57\u6c34\u805e\u8d77\u4f86\u6c23\u5473\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u90fd\u76f8\u540c\u3002\u9019\u662f\u56e0\u70ba\u5728\u60a8\u8eab\u4e0a\u6709\u5169\u7a2e\u6c57\u817a\uff0c\u5169\u7a2e\u817a\u9ad4\u6392\u51fa\u7684\u6c57\u6db2\u90fd\u662f\u7121\u5473\u7684\uff0c\u7136\u800c\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u6c57\u817a\u6240\u5728\u7684\u4f4d\u7f6e\u548c\u7368\u7279\u7684\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u7fa4\u6703\u5f71\u97ff\u5b83\u5011\u7684\u6c23\u5473\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5168\u8eab\u4e0a\u4e0b\u90fd\u6709\u5916\u5206\u6ccc\u6c57\u817a\uff08\u53c8\u540d\u5c0f\u6c57\u817a\uff09\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u817a\u9ad4\u6392\u51fa\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u662f\u6c34\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u9ad4\u5167\u6eab\u5ea6\u5347\u9ad8\u6642\u555f\u52d5\u3002\u800c\u6703\u5728\u9752\u6625\u671f\u589e\u5927\u7684\u9802\u6f3f\u817a\uff08\u53c8\u540d\u5927\u6c57\u817a\uff09\u5247\u4ee5\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u548c\u8102\u8cea\u7684\u5f62\u5f0f\u6392\u6cc4\u5ee2\u7269\uff1b\u7dca\u5f35\u6703\u89f8\u767c\u9802\u6f3f\u817a\u88fd\u9020\u6c57\u6db2\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9802\u6f3f\u817a\u8207\u9ad4\u5473\u6709\u95dc\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u5927\u91cf\u7fa4\u805a\u5728\u6bdb\u56ca\u9644\u8fd1\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u817a\u9ad4\u4f48\u6eff\u5728\u60a8\u7684\u814b\u4e0b\u548c\u8179\u80a1\u6e9d\u7684\u76ae\u819a\uff0c\u4e5f\u96e3\u602a\u8eab\u9ad4\u9019\u5169\u500b\u90e8\u4f4d\u662f\u9ad4\u5473\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u4f86\u6e90\u3002\u7522\u751f\u81ed\u786b\u9187\u7684\u7d30\u83cc\u559c\u6b61\u805a\u96c6\u5728\u9802\u6f3f\u817a\u7684\u9644\u8fd1\uff0c\u9019\u5c31\u662f\u70ba\u4ec0\u9ebc\u300c\u58d3\u529b\u7522\u751f\u7684\u6c57\u6c34\u300d\u6bd4\u9ad8\u71b1\u6216\u904b\u52d5\u6240\u7522\u751f\u7684\u6c57\u6c34\u6c23\u5473\u66f4\u7cdf\u7684\u539f\u56e0\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u6e05\u723d\u8d77\u4f86<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u4eba\u8eab\u4e0a\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u7d30\u83cc\u5728\u4ed6\u5011\u7684\u76ae\u819a\u4e0a\u843d\u5730\u751f\u6839\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u60a8\u7684\u9ad4\u5473\u4e5f\u662f\u7368\u4e00\u7121\u4e8c\u7684\uff0c\u63a7\u5236\u9ad4\u5473\u7684\u7b56\u7565\u4e5f\u5c31\u56e0\u4eba\u800c\u7570\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7d93\u5e38\u6d17\u6fa1\u53ef\u4ee5\u8abf\u7bc0\u60a8\u76ae\u819a\u4e0a\u7684\u7d30\u83cc\u6578\u91cf\uff0c\u8b93\u60a8\u4e0d\u6703\u6563\u767c\u4ee4\u4eba\u4e0d\u6109\u5feb\u7684\u6c23\u5473\u3002\u4f46\u9019\u53ea\u662f\u7b2c\u4e00\u6b65\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4f7f\u7528\u9664\u81ed\u5291\u548c\u6b62\u6c57\u5291\u662f\u5169\u7a2e\u63a7\u5236\u72d0\u81ed\u7684\u6709\u6548\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u9019\u5169\u7a2e\u7642\u6cd5\u7684\u4f5c\u7528\u65b9\u5f0f\u5404\u4e0d\u76f8\u540c\uff0c\u4f46\u5f80\u5f80\u53ef\u4ee5\u642d\u914d\u4f7f\u7528\u4ee5\u9054\u5230\u597d\u805e\u7684\u6548\u679c\u3002\u6b62\u6c57\u5291\u53ef\u4ee5\u66ab\u6642\u6291\u5236\u6c57\u817a\u3001\u6e1b\u5c11\u76ae\u819a\u51fa\u6c57\u91cf\uff0c\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u76ae\u819a\u4e0a\u7684\u7d30\u83cc\u63a5\u89f8\u7684\u6c57\u6db2\u8b8a\u5c11\uff0c\u5c31\u80fd\u6e1b\u5c11\u91cb\u653e\u7684\u6c23\u5473\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9664\u81ed\u5291\u5247\u662f\u6539\u8b8a\u76ae\u819a\u7684\u5316\u5b78\u6027\u8cea\uff0c\u4fdd\u6301\u814b\u4e0b\u7684\u65b0\u9bae\u6c23\u5473\u3002\u8a31\u591a\u9664\u81ed\u5291\u7684\u6210\u4efd\u4ee5\u9152\u7cbe\u70ba\u4e3b\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u60a8\u76ae\u819a\u7684\u9178\u9e7c\u503c\uff0c\u5c07\u74b0\u5883\u6539\u6210\u5c0d\u7d30\u83cc\u6bd4\u8f03\u4e0d\u5229\u7684\u9178\u6027\u3002\u67d0\u4e9b\u9664\u81ed\u5291\u9664\u4e86\u963b\u6b62\u5fae\u751f\u7269\u5728\u60a8\u7684\u76ae\u819a\u4e0a\u843d\u5730\u751f\u6839\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u9084\u542b\u6709\u9999\u5473\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u589e\u6dfb\u4e00\u4e9b\u6e05\u65b0\u7684\u6c23\u5473\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u71df\u990a\u8207\u9ad4\u5473<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u98f2\u98df\u5c0d\u65bc\u9ad4\u5473\u6709\u91cd\u5927\u7684\u5f71\u97ff\u3002\u60a8\u5403\u4e0b\u7684\u98df\u7269\u88ab\u5206\u89e3\u548c\u6d88\u5316\u5f8c\uff0c\u4e00\u4e9b\u526f\u7522\u54c1\u6703\u88ab\u91cb\u653e\u5728\u6c57\u6db2\u88e1\u3002\u4e0b\u5217\u9019\u4e9b\u98df\u7269\u5df2\u7d93\u88ab\u8b49\u5be6\u6703\u52a0\u91cd\u9ad4\u5473\u3002<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>\n<h3>\u7d05\u8089<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u5728\u4e00\u9031\u4e2d\u5c11\u5403\u4e00\u9ede\u7d05\u7626\u8089\u4e0d\u50c5\u5c0d\u5065\u5eb7\u6709\u76ca\uff0c\u9084\u53ef\u4ee5\u8b93\u9ad4\u5473\u597d\u805e\u4e9b\u3002\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u591a\u7684\u8b49\u64da\u986f\u793a\u6e1b\u5c11\u98df\u7528\u7d05\u8089\u5c0d\u5fc3\u81df\u5065\u5eb7\u548c\u6d88\u5316\u6703\u66f4\u597d\u3002\u6709\u4e00\u9805\u6709\u8da3\u7684\u79d1\u5b78\u7814\u7a76\u8b49\u660e\u9019\u5c0d\u60a8\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u9ad4\u5473\u4e5f\u6709\u4e00\u6a23\u7684\u6548\u679c\uff1b\u7d93\u904e\u5169\u9031\u7684\u6e2c\u8a66\u671f\u5f8c\uff0c\u5973\u6027\u767c\u73fe\u505c\u6b62\u98df\u7528\u7d05\u8089\u7684\u7537\u6027\u7684\u6c23\u5473\uff0c\u6bd4\u90a3\u4e9b\u589e\u52a0\u7d05\u8089\u98df\u7528\u91cf\u7684\u7537\u6027\u7684\u6c23\u5473\u66f4\u52a0\u4ee4\u4eba\u6109\u6 start=\"3\">\n<li>\n<h3>\u8f9b\u8fa3\u7684\u98df\u7269<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u6709\u4e9b\u98df\u7269\u5177\u6709\u5929\u7136\u9999\u5473\uff0c\u4e26\u4e14\u9019\u7a2e\u7522\u751f\u6c23\u5473\u7684\u5316\u5408\u7269\u5728\u96e2\u958b\u5176\u672c\u8eab\u4e4b\u524d\u4e26\u672a\u5b8c\u5168\u5206\u89e3\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u98df\u7269\u5305\u62ec\u5496\u54e9\u3001\u5927\u849c\u548c\u6d0b\u8525\u3002\u8f9b\u8fa3\u98df\u7269\u6dfb\u52a0\u5230\u98ef\u83dc\u4e2d\u53ef\u4ee5\u63d0\u5473\uff0c\u975e\u5e38\u9069\u5408\u70ba\u4f4e\u71b1\u91cf\u7684\u83dc\u991a\u589e\u52a0\u98a8\u5473\u3002\u4f46\u662f\u9019\u4e9b\u786b\u7684\u542b\u91cf\u9ad8\u7684\u6210\u4efd\u6703\u52a0\u91cd\u8f9b\u9999\u6599\u7684\u9999\u6c23\uff0c\u4e26\u5728\u60a8\u7684\u547c\u6c23\u4e2d\u7559\u4e0b\u7368\u7279\u7684\u6c23\u5473\u3002\u540c\u6a23\u7684\u6c23\u5473\u901a\u904e\u6c57\u817a\u6ef2\u51fa\u4f86\uff0c\u518d\u548c\u76ae\u819a\u4e0a\u7684\u7d30\u83cc\u6df7\u5408\uff0c\u5c31\u7522\u751f\u7279\u5225\u96e3\u805e\u7684\u6c23\u5473\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u904e\u60a8\u4e5f\u4e0d\u5fc5\u653e\u68c4\u800c\u53ea\u5403\u5473\u9053\u6eab\u548c\u7684\u98df\u7269\u3002\u5982\u679c\u9069\u91cf\u98df\u7528\uff0c\u8f9b\u8fa3\u98df\u7269\u5c0d\u8eab\u9ad4\u5065\u5eb7\u975e\u5e38\u6709\u76ca\u3002<a href=\"\/?p=1979\">\u9019\u4e9b\u8349\u85e5\u548c\u9999\u6599\u88ab\u8a8d\u70ba\u53ef\u4ee5\u4fc3\u9032\u65b0\u9673\u4ee3\u8b1d\uff0c\u4e14\u662f\u5f37\u5927\u7684\u6297\u6c27\u5316\u5291<\/a>\u3002\u53ea\u8981\u5b9a\u671f\u6dfb\u52a0\u5728\u98f2\u98df\u4e2d\uff0c\u5c31\u53ef\u4ee5\u907f\u514d\u81ed\u5473\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u7372\u5f97\u5c0d\u6297\u81ea\u7531\u57fa\u7684\u597d\u8655\u3002<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>\n<h3>\u5783\u573e\u98df\u54c1<\/h3>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>\u9664\u4e86\u773e\u6240\u5468\u77e5\u6703<a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/zh-hant\/worst-foods-waistline\/\">\u7834\u58de\u5065\u5eb7\u98f2\u98df<\/a>\u4e4b\u5916\uff0c\u5783\u573e\u98df\u54c1\u4e5f\u6703\u9020\u6210\u9ad4\u81ed\u3002\u9ad8\u5ea6\u52a0\u5de5\u548c\u9810\u5148\u5305\u88dd\u7684\u98df\u54c1\u4e2d\u542b\u6709\u5f88\u591a\u5361\u8def\u91cc\u548c\u7cd6\uff0c\u800c\u4e14\u7f3a\u4e4f\u4e00\u7a2e\u53eb\u505a\u8449\u7da0\u7d20\u7684\u82b3\u9999\u5206\u5b50\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8449\u7da0\u7d20\uff08<a
