\/><\/p>\n<p>\u591a\u8667\u4e86\u71df\u990a\u6210\u4efd\u6a19\u7c64\uff0c\u4f7f\u60a8\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8a18\u4e0b\u6240\u6709\u98df\u7269\u5167\u542b\u7684\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u3002\u6bcf\u6b21\u63a1\u8cfc\u6642\uff0c\u60a8\u5c31\u4e0d\u5fc5\u53bb\u56de\u60f3\u65e9\u9910\u6240\u5403\u7a40\u7269\u7684\u9209\u542b\u91cf\u4e86\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u8981\u8b80\u61c2\u71df\u990a\u6210\u4efd\u6a19\u7c64\u4e2d\u5927\u90e8\u5206\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff0c\u4e5f\u4e0d\u662f\u5bb9\u6613\u7684\u4e8b\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u6709\u516d\u500b\u8a23\u7ac5\u4f86\u627e\u51fa\u5c0d\u60a8\u6700\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u8cc7\u8a0a\uff1a<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u5148<\/strong><strong>\u770b\u6bcf<\/strong><strong>\u4efd<\/strong><strong>\u7684\u91cf<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u5149\u770b\u71df\u990a\u6210\u4efd\u8868\u4e0a\u7684\u6578\u5b57\u662f\u6c92\u6709\u610f\u7fa9\u7684\uff0c\u60a8\u9084\u9700\u8981\u77e5\u9053\u4efd\u91cf\u8cc7\u8a0a\u4f86\u505a\u6bd4\u5c0d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8868\u4e0a\u6240\u6709\u71df\u990a\u542b\u91cf\u5747\u4ee5\u55ae\u4e00\u4efd\u91cf\u70ba\u57fa\u790e\u3002\u6709\u6642\u5019\uff0c\u6574\u5305\u98df\u54c1\u7684\u5167\u5bb9\u91cf\u662f\u4e00\u4efd\uff0c\u4f46\u4e0d\u4e00\u5b9a\u90fd\u662f\u5982\u6b64\uff0c\u6240\u4ee5\u60a8\u4e00\u5b9a\u8981\u5c0f\u5fc3\u95b1\u8b80\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u53c3\u8003\u6a19\u7c64\u6240\u8a3b\u660e\u7684\u4efd\u91cf\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\uff0c\u56e0\u70ba\u60a8\u4e0d\u80fd\u76f8\u4fe1\u60a8\u7684\u5224\u65b7\u3002\u9019\u4e0d\u662f\u770b\u4e0d\u8d77\u60a8\uff1b\u4e00\u822c\u800c\u8a00\uff0c\u4eba\u5011\u5728\u5224\u65b7\u98df\u7269\u4efd\u91cf\u9019\u65b9\u9762\u662f\u5f88\u7cdf\u7cd5\u7684\u3002\u7814\u7a76\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u4e00\u822c\u4eba\u7684\u4f30\u8a08\u5927\u7d04\u843d\u572840-150%\u4e4b\u9593\u3002\u6240\u4ee5\uff0c\u60a8\u5be6\u969b\u5403\u4e0b\u7684<a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/zh-hant\/understanding-calories\/\">\u5361\u8def\u91cc\u6578<\/a>\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u60a8\u6240\u60f3\u50cf\u7684\u5169\u500d\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8acb\u76e1\u91cf\u514b\u5236\u81ea\u5df1\u5c0d\u8ffd\u6c42\u4f4e\u5361\u8def\u91cc\u6216\u4f4e\u8102\u7684\u6025\u5207\u5fc3\u614b\u3002\u5728\u9084\u6c92\u78ba\u8a8d\u4efd\u91cf\u8cc7\u8a0a\u524d\uff0c\u4e0d\u8981\u6025\u8457\u5f80\u4e0b\u95b1\u8b80\u6a19\u7c64\u5167\u5bb9\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u8fa8\u8b58\u8102\u80aa\u7684<\/strong><strong>\u7a2e\u985e<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u95b1\u8b80\u71df\u990a\u6210\u4efd\u5f80\u5f80\u80fd\u6df1\u5165\u4e86\u89e3\u98df\u7269\u4e2d\u5de8\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u7684\u542b\u91cf\uff0c\u9019\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u8b93\u60a8\u6309\u90e8\u5c31\u73ed\u7372\u5f97\u6709\u7528\u8cc7\u8a0a\u7684\u597d\u65b9\u6cd5\u3002\u4f46\u5149\u6191\u8868\u9762\u6578\u5b57\u53ef\u80fd\u4e0d\u8db3\u4ee5\u8b93\u60a8\u505a\u51fa\u6b63\u78ba\u7684\u6c7a\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<h2>\u5c24\u5176\u8102\u80aa\u7684\u90e8\u4efd\u66f4\u662f\u5982\u6b64\u3002<\/h2>\n<p>\u7559\u610f\u8102\u80aa\u7684\u7a2e\u985e\u53ca\u5176\u4f86\u6e90\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u6bd4\u5176\u7e3d\u542b\u91cf\u66f4\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u60a8\u60f3\u907f\u514d\u53cd\u5f0f\u8102\u80aa\uff0c\u4f46\u98fd\u548c\u8102\u80aa\u53ef\u80fd\u66f4\u5fae\u5999\u3002\u56e0\u6b64\u60a8\u9700\u8981\u67e5\u770b\u6210\u4efd\u8868\uff0c\u4ee5\u78ba\u5b9a\u8102\u80aa\u7684\u4f86\u6e90\u662f\u852c\u83dc\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u8f03\u5065\u5eb7\uff09\u6216\u52d5\u7269\uff08\u901a\u5e38\u8f03\u4e0d\u5065\u5eb7\uff09\uff1b\u591a\u7528\u9ede\u5fc3\u5c31\u80fd\u5e6b\u52a9\u60a8\u505a\u51fa\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u6c7a\u5b9a\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u67e5<\/strong><strong>\u770b<\/strong><strong>\u7cd6\u4efd\u53ca\u7e96\u7dad<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u8102\u80aa\u4e0d\u662f\u552f\u4e00\u9700\u8981\u8a8d\u771f\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u5de8\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u3002\u5728\u95b1\u8b80\u71df\u990a\u6210\u4efd\u6a19\u7c64\u6642\uff0c\u8981\u67e5\u770b\u78b3\u6c34\u5316\u5408\u7269\uff0c\u4f46\u4e5f\u8981\u6ce8\u610f\u7cd6\u4efd\u548c<a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/zh-hant\/qa\/dietary-fiber-and-detox-organs\/\">\u7e96\u7dad\u542b\u91cf<\/a>\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7cd6\u662f\u4e00\u7a2e\u55ae\u4e00\u78b3\u6c34\u5316\u5408\u7269\u3002\u5b83\u8207\u9ad4\u91cd\u589e\u52a0\u6709\u76f4\u63a5\u7684\u95dc\u4fc2\uff0c\u4e14\u6703\u8eb2\u85cf\u5728\u770b\u8d77\u4f86\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u98df\u7269\u4e4b\u4e2d\u3002<a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/zh-hant\/whole-fruit-versus-fruit-juice-eat-drink\/\">\u60f3\u4e00\u60f3\u85cf\u5728\u679c\u6c41\u88e1\u7684\u7cd6\u4efd<\/a>\u3002\u52d9\u5fc5\u6aa2\u67e5\u7cd6\u4efd\u7684\u542b\u91cf\u662f\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\u7684\uff0c\u5c24\u5176\u662f\u4eba\u5de5\u6dfb\u52a0\u7684\u7cd6\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u96d6\u7136\u60a8\u53ef\u4ee5\u907f\u958b\u7cd6\u4efd\uff0c\u4f46\u662f<a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/zh-hant\/higher-intakes-fiber-help-prevent-weight-gain-increases-waist-circumference\/\">\u98f2\u98df\u4e2d\u7684\u7e96\u7dad\u5c0d\u60a8\u6709\u76ca<\/a>\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u8907\u5408\u78b3\u6c34\u5316\u5408\u7269\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u6d88\u5316\u5065\u5eb7\uff0c\u4e26\u80fd\u5e36\u4f86\u66f4\u9577\u4e45\u7684\u98fd\u8db3\u611f\uff1b\u4e26\u4e14\uff0c\u4eba\u9ad4\u53ea\u6703\u5438\u6536\u7e96\u7dad\u4e2d\u5927\u7d04\u4e00\u534a\u7684\u5361\u8def\u91cc\u542b\u91cf\u3002\u9019\u4e9b\u7d9c\u5408\u6548\u679c\uff0c\u4f7f\u7e96\u7dad\u6709\u52a9\u65bc\u60a8\u7684\u9ad4\u91cd\u7ba1\u7406\u3002\u95b1\u8b80\u71df\u990a\u6210\u4efd\u6a19\u7c64\u6642\uff0c\u4e00\u5b9a\u8981\u67e5\u770b\u7e96\u7dad\u7d20\u542b\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u7559\u610f\u86cb\u767d\u8cea<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u96d6\u7136\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u662f\u6700\u5f8c\u4e00\u500b\u63d0\u5230\u7684\u5de8\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20\uff0c\u537b\u4e0d\u8868\u793a\u60a8\u5728\u95b1\u8b80\u71df\u990a\u6210\u4efd\u6642\u53ef\u4ee5\u5ffd\u7565\u5b83\u3002\u5b8c\u5168\u4e0d\u662f\u9019\u6a23\u7684\uff01\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6b63\u5728\u7ba1\u7406\u60a8\u7684\u9ad4\u91cd\u6216\u904b\u52d5\uff0c\u90a3\u9ebc\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5c31\u662f\u5f88\u95dc\u9375\u6027\u7684\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u8a31\u591a\u7814\u7a76\u90fd\u986f\u793a\u4e86\u81b3\u98df\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u5c0d\u65bc\u9ad4\u91cd\u7ba1\u7406\u662f\u7684\u529f\u6548\u3002\u6709\u4e00\u4efd\u91dd\u5c0d51\u9805\u7814\u7a76\u7684\u5206\u6790\u6307\u51fa\uff0c\u5145\u5206\u589e\u52a0\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u7684\u651d\u53d6\uff08\u6bcf\u5929\u8d85\u904e58%\uff09\u6709\u5229\u65bc\u9ad4\u91cd\u7ba1\u7406\u7684\u6548\u679c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e00\u4efd\u985e\u4f3c\u7684\u5206\u6790\u4e5f\u986f\u793a\uff0c\u5728\u4f5c\u808c\u8010\u529b\u8a13\u7df4\u6642\uff0c\u591a\u651d\u53d6\u81b3\u98df\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\uff0c\u6709\u5229\u65bc\u808c\u8089\u548c\u529b\u91cf\u7684\u589e\u52a0\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u56e0\u6b64\uff0c\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u56fa\u7136\u5c0d\u6b63\u5728\u7bc0\u98df\u548c\u904b\u52d5\u7684\u4eba\u662f\u4e00\u5927\u512a\u52e2\uff0c\u4f46\u5c0d\u65bc\u4e00\u822c\u4eba\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u4e5f\u5f88\u91cd\u8981\u3002<a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/zh-hant\/milk-types\/\">\u81b3\u98df\u86cb\u767d\u8cea<\/a>\u63d0\u4f9b\u60a8\u7684\u8eab\u9ad4\u9032\u884c\u65e5\u5e38\u529f\u80fd\u6240\u9700\u8981\u7684\u5fc5\u8981\u80fa\u57fa\u9178\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u5225\u932f\u904e\u5fae\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u6a19\u7c64\u4e0a\u6703\u5217\u51fa\u5fc5\u8981\u7684\u7dad\u751f\u7d20\u548c\u7926\u7269\u8cea\uff0c\u9019\u6709\u52a9\u60a8\u770b\u898b\u60a8\u5f9e\u98df\u7269\u4e2d\u5be6\u969b\u7372\u53d6\u591a\u5c11\u71df\u990a\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u5728\u5927\u591a\u6578\u6a19\u7c64\u4e0a\uff0c\u60a8\u9084\u6703\u770b\u5230\u5404\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u6bcf\u65e5\u53c3\u8003\u503c\u7684\u767e\u5206\u6bd4\u3002\u9019\u500b\u6578\u5b57\u662f\u6839\u64da\u8a72\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u7684\u6bcf\u65e5\u5efa\u8b70\u651d\u53d6\u91cf\u8a08\u7b97\u7684\uff0c\u5176\u76ee\u7684\u662f\u70ba\u4e86\u907f\u514d\u71df\u990a\u7f3a\u4e4f\u3002\u4e0d\u904e\uff0c\u9019\u500b\u5efa\u8b70\u91cf\u4e26\u4e0d\u8003\u91cf\u6700\u4f73\u751f\u6d3b\u72c0\u614b\u7684\u9700\u8981\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u9209\u662f\u672a\u5217\u5728\u5176\u4ed6\u7dad\u751f\u7d20\u548c\u7926\u7269\u8cea\u4e4b\u4e2d\u7684\u4e00\u7a2e\u5fae\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20\uff1b\u5b83\u901a\u5e38\u6703\u8ddf<a href=\"\/?p=1979\">\u5de8\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20<\/a>\u5217\u5728\u4e00\u8d77\u3002\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6b63\u5728\u63a7\u5236\u60a8\u7684\u9209\u651d\u53d6\u91cf\uff0c\u52d9\u5fc5\u67e5\u770b\u9019\u500b\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u6578\u5b57\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u8a18\u4f4f\u60a8\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u76ee\u6a19<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u90fd\u662f\u4e0d\u4e00\u6a23\u7684\u500b\u9ad4\uff0c\u5404\u6709\u4e0d\u540c\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u76ee\u6a19\uff1b\u56e0\u6b64\u6bcf\u4e00\u5f35\u6a19\u7c64\u5c0d\u6bcf\u500b\u4eba\u7684\u610f\u7fa9\u90fd\u4e0d\u540c\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u60a8\u5fc5\u9808\u4f9d\u64da\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u76ee\u6a19\u4f86\u67e5\u770b\u6a19\u7c64\u3002\u7576\u60a8\u9019\u9ebc\u505a\u6642\uff0c\u6bcf\u4e00\u500b\u6578\u5b57\u5c31\u958b\u59cb\u5177\u6709\u65b0\u7684\u542b\u7fa9\u3002\u9019\u88e1\u6709\u4e00\u500b\u4f8b\u5b50\uff1a\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u6b63\u5728\u7ba1\u7406\u60a8\u7684\u9ad4\u91cd\uff0c\u60a8\u6240\u95dc\u6ce8\u7684\u53ef\u80fd\u662f\u4f4e\u5361\u8def\u91cc\uff1b\u4f46\u5982\u679c\u60a8\u662f\u4e00\u500b\u5065\u7f8e\u904b\u52d5\u54e1\uff0c\u9ad8\u5361\u8def\u91cc\u5c0d\u60a8\u800c\u8a00\u53ef\u80fd\u66f4\u91cd\u8981\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u4e0d\u8981\u5ffd\u7565\u4e86\u5927\u5c40\uff0c\u628a\u60a8\u5373\u5c07\u651d\u53d6\u7684\u6771\u897f\u7b97\u9032\u60a8\u4e00\u6574\u5929\u6703\u5403\u6216\u6e96\u5099\u8981\u5403\u7684\u98f2\u98df\u7576\u4e2d\u3002\u628a\u71df\u990a\u770b\u4f5c\u662f\u6bcf\u5929\u7684\u9280\u884c\u8cec\u6236\uff0c\u60a8\u628a\u4ec0\u9ebc\u5b58\u9032\u4e86\u60a8\u7684\u71df\u990a\u5132\u84c4\u8cec\u6236\uff0c\u800c\u60a8\u53c8\u6703\u63d0\u9818\u51fa\u4ec0\u9ebc\uff1f<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u95b1\u8b80\u662f\u57fa\u790e<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u8acb\u990a\u6210\u95b1\u8b80\u6a19\u7c64\u548c\u4e86\u89e3\u98df\u7269\u71df\u990a\u6210\u4efd\u7684\u7fd2\u6163\u3002\u65e5\u5b50\u4e00\u4e45\uff0c\u6703\u8d8a\u4f86\u8d8a\u5bb9\u6613\uff0c\u6700\u7d42\u5c07\u6210\u70ba\u7fd2\u6163\u3002\u60a8\u6c38\u9060\u4e0d\u5fc5\u8a18\u4f4f\u6240\u6709\u7d30\u7bc0\uff0c\u4f46\u662f\u5f9e\u67d0\u4e00\u5929\u8d77\uff0c\u60a8\u6703\u4e0b\u610f\u8b58\u5730\u958b\u59cb\u4e86\u89e3\u60a8\u9762\u524d\u9019\u4e9b\u98df\u7269\u7684\u71df\u990a\u6210\u4efd\u3002\u52a0\u589e\u81ea\u5df1\u7684\u77e5\u8b58\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u8b93\u4f7f\u60a8\u9078\u64c7\u66f4\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u98df\u7269\uff0c\u4f86\u70ba\u60a8\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u63d0\u4f9b\u80fd\u91cf\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u60f3\u8a8d\u771f\u770b\u5f85\u98f2\u98df\uff0c\u9019\u4e9b\u662f\u6240\u6709\u8a72\u77e5\u9053\u7684\u4e8b\u3002\u6574\u7406\u4e00\u4e0b\uff0c\u60a8\u61c9\u8a72\u5148\u5beb\u4e0b\u60a8\u7684\u5065\u5eb7\u76ee\u6a19\uff0c\u7136\u5f8c\u81ea\u554f\uff1a\u60a8\u60f3\u5982\u4f55\u8b93\u98df\u7269\u4f86\u70ba\u60a8\u7684\u751f\u6d3b\u52b9\u529b\uff1f\u4ee5\u53ca\u4ec0\u9ebc\u6bd4\u4f8b\u7684\u5de8\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20\uff08\u78b3\u6c34\u5316\u5408\u7269\u3001\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u3001\u548c\u8102\u80aa\uff09\u7d66\u60a8\u7684\u611f\u89ba\u6700\u597d\uff0c\u540c\u6642\u53ef\u5e6b\u52a9\u60a8<a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/zh-hant\/pillars-of-wellness\/\">\u9054\u5230\u60a8\u6240\u6e34\u671b\u7684\u5065\u5eb7<\/a>\uff1f\u5728\u60a8\u6709\u4e86\u5065\u5eb7\u76ee\u6a19\u5f8c\uff0c\u5c31\u61c9\u591a\u5229\u7528\u71df\u990a\u6a19\u793a\u4f86\u5e6b\u52a9\u60a8\u9054\u6210\u76ee\u6a19\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u7136\u800c\u8acb\u8a18\u5f97\uff0c\u6c92\u6709\u4ec0\u9ebc\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ee3\u66ff\u76e1\u53ef\u80fd\u591a\u5403<a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/zh-hant\/phytonutrients\/\">\u6c34\u679c\u548c\u852c\u83dc<\/a>\u3001\u591a\u904b\u52d5\u3001\u9078\u64c7\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u86cb\u767d\u8cea\u4f86\u6e90\u3001\u4e26\u78ba\u4fdd\u5145\u5206\u651d\u53d6\u60a8\u8eab\u9ad4\u6700\u4f73\u5065\u5eb7\u6240\u9700\u7684\u6240\u6709\u5fc5\u8981\u5fae\u91cf\u53ca\u5de8\u91cf\u71df\u990a\u7d20\u3002<\/p>\n<p><a
