\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u4e2d\u4ece\u78b3\u94fe\u672b\u7aef\u8d77\u7b2c\u4e09\u4e2a\u78b3\u539f\u5b50\u5177\u6709\u53cc\u952e\u7684\u4e0d\u9971\u548c\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u3002\u5728\u591a\u79cd\u4e0d\u4e00\u6837\u7684\u5965\u7c73\u52a0-3\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u91cc\uff0c\u5176\u4e2d\u6709\u4e09\u79cd\u5bf9\u4eba\u4f53\u5065\u5eb7\u6765\u8bf4\u5341\u5206\u91cd\u8981\u3002\u5b83\u4eec\u5206\u522b\u4e3a\uff1a\u03b1-\u4e9a\u9ebb\u9178<\/p>\n<p>\uff08ALA\uff09\u3001\u4e8c\u5341\u78b3\u4e94\u70ef\u9178\uff08EPA\uff09\uff0c\u548c\u4e8c\u5341\u4e8c\u78b3\u516d\u70ef\u9178\uff08DHA\uff09\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u5fc5\u9700\u8102\u80aa\u9178<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u8eab\u4f53\u53ef\u4ee5\u4ece\u4e00\u822c\u996e\u98df\u7684\u6210\u5206\u4e2d\u5236\u9020\u4eba\u4f53\u6240\u9700\u7684\u91cd\u8981\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u3002\u4e0d\u8fc7\uff0c\u6709\u4e24\u79cd\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u662f\u4eba\u4f53\u65e0\u6cd5\u5236\u9020\u7684\uff0c\u6362\u53e5\u8bdd\u8bf4\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u9700\u8981\u4ece\u996e\u98df\u4e2d\u6444\u53d6\u8fd9\u7c7b\u8425\u517b\u3002\u8fd9\u4e24\u79cd\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u5c31\u79f0\u4e3a\u201c\u5fc5\u9700\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u201d\uff0c\u5b83\u4eec\u5206\u522b\u4e3a\uff1a\u4e9a\u9ebb\u6cb9\u9178\uff08LA\uff09\uff0c\u4e00\u79cd\u5965\u7c73\u52a0-6\u8102\u80aa\u9178\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u03b1-\u4e9a\u9ebb\u9178\uff08ALA\uff0c\u522b\u548c\u786b\u8f9b\u9178\u641e\u6df7\u4e86\uff09\u4e00\u79cd\u5965\u7c73\u52a0-3\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u3002<\/p>\n<p>\u03b1-\u4e9a\u9ebb\u9178\u662f\u4e8c\u5341\u78b3\u4e94\u70ef\u9178\uff08EPA\uff09\u548c\u4e8c\u5341\u4e8c\u78b3\u516d\u70ef\u9178\uff08DHA\uff09\u751f\u7269\u5408\u6210\u7684\u539f\u6599\u4e4b\u4e00\u3002\u540e\u4e24\u8005\u7686\u4e3a\u975e\u5e38\u91cd\u8981\u7684\u591a\u5143\u4e0d\u9971\u548c\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u3002 \u03b1-\u4e9a\u9ebb\u9178\u3001EPA \u548c DHA \u662f\u5965\u7c73\u52a0-3\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u5bb6\u5ead\u4e2d\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u6210\u5458\u3002<\/p>\n<h2><strong>\u5965\u7c73\u52a0<\/strong><strong>-3<\/strong><strong>\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u7684\u76ca\u5904<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>\u9c7c\u6cb9\u542b\u6709\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684 EPA \u548c DHA\uff0c\u4e13\u5bb6\u5728\u8fd9\u4e24\u79cd\u5965\u7c73\u52a0-3\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u4e0a\u5df2\u7ecf\u505a\u4e86\u975e\u5e38\u591a\u4ed4\u7ec6\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5e76\u6307\u51fa\u8bb8\u591a\u5bf9\u4eba\u4f53\u5065\u5eb7\u6709\u76ca\u7684\u8bc1\u636e\u3002\u5965\u7c73\u52a0-3 \u80fd\u652f\u6301\u5fc3\u8840\u7ba1\u5065\u5eb7\u3001\u6b63\u5e38\u8111\u90e8\u548c\u795e\u7ecf\u7684\u53d1\u80b2\u548c\u7ef4\u6301\u826f\u597d\u7684\u5173\u8282\u5065\u5eb7\uff0c\u6211\u4eec\u4e5f\u53ef\u4ee5\u5728\u6211\u4eec\u7684\u7ec6\u80de\u819c\u7ed3\u6784\u4e2d\u627e\u5230\u5965\u7c73\u52a0-3\u3002\u4e13\u5bb6\u5728\u9884\u9632\u548c\u6cbb\u7597\u591a\u79cd\u5065\u5eb7\u72b6\u51b5\u4e0a\u4e5f\u5bf9\u5965\u7c73\u52a0-3\u8fdb\u884c\u4e86\u4e30\u5bcc\u7684\u7814\u7a76\uff0c\u5305\u62ec\u5fc3\u810f\u75be\u75c5\u3001\u5173\u8282\u708e\u548c\u53d1\u708e\u75c7\u72b6\u3001\u9ec4\u6591\u90e8\u9000\u5316\u548c\u5fe7\u90c1\u75c7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>EPA \u662f\u7b2c\u4e09\u79cd\u524d\u5217\u817a\u7d20\u7684\u7ec4\u6210\u6210\u5206\uff0c\u524d\u5217\u817a\u7d20\u652f\u6301\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u8840\u538b\u3001\u80c6\u56fa\u9187\u548c\u4e09\u9178\u7518\u6cb9\u8102\u6307\u6570\uff08\u524d\u63d0\u662f\u8fd9\u4e9b\u6307\u6570\u5fc5\u987b\u5df2\u7ecf\u5728\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u8303\u56f4\u5185\uff09\uff0c\u8fd8\u6709\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u80be\u810f\u529f\u80fd\u3001\u53d1\u708e\u53cd\u5e94\u548c\u5065\u5eb7\u7684\u514d\u75ab\u529f\u80fd\u3002\u5176\u5b83\u7814\u7a76\u663e\u793a\u4ee5\u9c7c\u6cb9\u8865\u5145\u54c1\u5f62\u5f0f\u6240\u6444\u53d6\u7684\u5965\u7c73\u52a0-3\u80fd\u6709\u6548\u652f\u6301\u5173\u8282\u5065\u5eb7\u3002<\/p>\n<p>DHA \u548c\u5965\u7c73\u52a0-6\u8102\u80aa\u9178\u4e2d\u7684\u82b1\u751f\u56db\u70ef\u9178\u662f\u80ce\u513f\u795e\u7ecf\u7ec6\u80de\u548c\u5a74\u513f\u8111\u90e8\u4e2d\u7684\u4e3b\u8981\u8102\u80aa\u3002\u8bb8\u591a\u5728\u4eba\u4f53\u7814\u7a76\u4e0a\u58f0\u671b\u6781\u9ad8\u7684\u4e13\u5bb6\u751a\u81f3\u5efa\u8bae\u7528 DHA \u6765\u52a0\u5f3a\u5a74\u513f\u7684\u5976\u7c89\u6765\u5145\u5206\u652f\u6301\u5a74\u513f\u6b63\u5e38\u795e\u7ecf\u7cfb\u7edf\u7684\u53d1\u5c55\u3002 DHA
