On croit que la m\u00e9latonine influerait sur des rythmes biologiques quotidiens, dont l&#8217;activit\u00e9 et le sommeil, la temp\u00e9rature corporelle interne, la fonction immunitaire, les d\u00e9fenses antioxydantes, la tension art\u00e9rielle, l&#8217;alimentation et la r\u00e9gulation du glucose.<\/p>\n<h2>Des moyens naturels de favoriser la production de m\u00e9latonine<\/h2>\n<p>Les choix de style de vie sont importants pour am\u00e9liorer naturellement la production de m\u00e9latonine. Un r\u00e9gime alimentaire riche en tryptophane, magn\u00e9sium et vitamines B renforce la capacit\u00e9 de l&#8217;organisme de synth\u00e9tiser la m\u00e9latonine. Par exemple, dans le cadre d&#8217;une \u00e9tude, des rats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 nourris avec des noix, connues pour leur teneur en m\u00e9latonine.\u00a0 Les r\u00e9sultats ont indiqu\u00e9 un taux sanguin de m\u00e9latonine \u00e9lev\u00e9 chez ces cobayes, ce qui laisse entendre que les noix peuvent en \u00eatre une bonne source alimentaire. Cerises acidul\u00e9es, produits laitiers, amandes, pistaches, et des fruits comme le kiwi, sont d&#8217;autres aliments qui stimulent la m\u00e9latonine. Leur ajout au repas du soir ou aux collations pourrait favoriser un sommeil reposant.<\/p>\n<h2>La m\u00e9latonine en suppl\u00e9ment<\/h2>\n<p>\u00c0 retenir : un suppl\u00e9ment de m\u00e9latonine n&#8217;est pas un somnif\u00e8re. La prise par voie orale d&#8217;un suppl\u00e9ment de m\u00e9latonine soutient le rythme circadien naturel de l&#8217;organisme humain et favorise un bon sommeil. Prise une heure avant d&#8217;aller au lit, la m\u00e9latonine favorise la hausse naturel du taux de m\u00e9latonine qui survient g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement avant de s&#8217;endormir.<\/p>\n<h2>La fluctuation du taux de m\u00e9latonine avec l&#8217;\u00e2ge<\/h2>\n<p>La production de m\u00e9latonine tend \u00e0 baisser avec l&#8217;\u00e2ge, ce qui peut entra\u00eener une perturbation du <a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/circadian-rhythms\/\">rythme circadien,<\/a> l&#8217;horloge interne de l&#8217;organisme qui r\u00e9gule le sommeil, l&#8217;humeur et le m\u00e9tabolisme. Ces r\u00e9sultats semblent indiquer que la m\u00e9latonine pourrait \u00eatre une aide au sommeil prometteuse pour la population vieillissante, bien que d&#8217;autres \u00e9tudes sont n\u00e9cessaires pour mieux d\u00e9terminer le dosage et l&#8217;utilisation \u00e0 long terme.<\/p>\n<h2>Un sommeil r\u00e9parateur gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 la m\u00e9latonine<\/h2>\n<p>La m\u00e9latonine n&#8217;est pas la solution miracle pour dormir, m\u00eame si son r\u00f4le est essentiel pour aider l&#8217;organisme \u00e0 r\u00e9guler naturellement le sommeil.
