C\u2019est ce qui explique aussi que le dissolvant de vernis \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/fr\/healthy-fingernails\/\">ongles<\/a> (apolaire) enl\u00e8ve le vernis (apolaire) et que l\u2019huile dissout le polystyr\u00e8ne, l\u2019un et l\u2019autre \u00e9tant des compos\u00e9s apolaires.<\/p>\n<h2>Selon le type d\u2019huile, le temps de dissolution du polystyr\u00e8ne diff\u00e8re<\/h2>\n<p>La polarit\u00e9 des mol\u00e9cules varie en intensit\u00e9. Elles peuvent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s polaires ou l\u00e9g\u00e8rement polaires, et tr\u00e8s apolaires ou l\u00e9g\u00e8rement apolaires, \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents degr\u00e9s. Toutes les huiles de poisson sont apolaires, mais certains types le sont plus que d\u2019autres.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019huile de poisson est tr\u00e8s apolaire sous forme d\u2019esters \u00e9thyliques, mais elle l\u2019est beaucoup moins sous forme de triglyc\u00e9rides. En fait, plus son apolarit\u00e9 est \u00e9lev\u00e9e, plus vite elle dissout les substances apolaires comme le polystyr\u00e8ne.<\/p>\n<h2>Les bienfaits de l\u2019huile de poisson diff\u00e8rent-ils selon le type choisi\u00a0?<\/h2>\n<p>Les deux formes d\u2019huile de poisson diff\u00e8rent dans leur capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 dissoudre le polystyr\u00e8ne, mais leurs bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9 sont les m\u00eames. Quelle que soit sa forme, l\u2019huile de poisson est bien absorb\u00e9e et utilis\u00e9e par l\u2019organisme. Les deux formes d\u2019huile de poisson procurent les m\u00eames acides gras om\u00e9ga-3\u00a0 (AEP et ADH) et toutes deux ont fait l\u2019objet de nombreuses \u00e9tudes cliniques qui en valident l\u2019utilisation et en confirment les bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>La concentration en om\u00e9ga-3 est la principale diff\u00e9rence entre les deux formes d\u2019huile de poisson.
