On dit de l\u2019ALA que c\u2019est un \u00ab antioxydant universel \u00bb en raison de sa caract\u00e9ristique unique d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 la fois liposoluble et hydrosoluble.<\/p>\n<p>Autre aspect particulier de l\u2019ALA : sa capacit\u00e9 de r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rer d\u2019autres antioxydants en un \u00e9tat actif, notamment les <a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/fr\/qa\/vitamins\/\">vitamines C et E<\/a>, ainsi que la <a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/fr\/qa\/coenzyme-q10\/\">coenzyme Q10<\/a>. L\u2019acide alpha-lipo\u00efque influe aussi sur la production du <a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/fr\/qa\/glutathione\/\">glutathion<\/a>, ce qui favorise chez une personne en sant\u00e9 une <a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/fr\/qa\/liver-detoxification-pathways\/\">d\u00e9toxication h\u00e9patique de phase II<\/a>.*<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 ce jour, aucun apport quotidien de r\u00e9f\u00e9rence n\u2019a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tabli pour l\u2019acide alpha-lipo\u00efque. On recommande une dose de maintien de 10 mg \u00e0 25 mg par jour, m\u00eame si des doses quotidiennes pouvant atteindre plusieurs centaines de milligrammes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 utilis\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>On trouve de l\u2019acide alpha-lipo\u00efque en petite quantit\u00e9 dans la plupart des aliments, car presque tous les organismes, humains compris, en produisent naturellement.
