D\u2019autres encore r\u00e9sultent d&#8217;un processus de fermentation.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Naturel ou synth\u00e9tique \u00bb, voici l&#8217;un des crit\u00e8res utilis\u00e9s par USANA pour s\u00e9lectionner les ingr\u00e9dients bruts qui entrent dans la composition de ses produits. D\u2019autres facteurs comme la puissance, la puret\u00e9, la s\u00fbret\u00e9, la stabilit\u00e9 et la fiabilit\u00e9 de l\u2019approvisionnement sont \u00e0 prendre en compte.<\/p>\n<p>Toutes choses \u00e9gales par ailleurs, nous choisissons des ingr\u00e9dients d\u2019origine naturelle plut\u00f4t que synth\u00e9tique. Mais les choses sont rarement \u00e9gales. Nous utilisons des compos\u00e9s vitaminiques et min\u00e9raux sous forme chimique (qu\u2019ils soient naturels ou synth\u00e9tiques) qui sont absorb\u00e9s et utilis\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re efficace par l\u2019organisme, qui sont purs, exempts de contaminants et s\u00fbrs.<\/p>\n<p>Il existe une id\u00e9e aussi fausse que r\u00e9pandue selon laquelle les vitamines et min\u00e9raux \u00ab\u00a0naturels\u00a0\u00bb sont extraits de plantes sous une forme pure, ce qui les rendrait sup\u00e9rieurs \u00e0 des vitamines et min\u00e9raux \u00ab\u00a0synth\u00e9tiques\u00a0\u00bb produits en laboratoire. Il s\u2019agit souvent d\u2019une distinction trompeuse.<\/p>\n<p>Tout d\u2019abord, il est impossible d\u2019extraire des vitamines pures des plantes sans des traitements importants et consid\u00e9rables qui peuvent inclure des solvants chimiques d\u2019extraction agressifs. Ensuite, l\u2019activit\u00e9 biologique d\u2019un compos\u00e9 ne doit rien \u00e0 sa source, mais d\u00e9pend surtout de sa composition chimique. De plus, certaines vitamines synth\u00e9tiques sont mieux absorb\u00e9es que les compos\u00e9s de sources alimentaires.<\/p>\n<p>Un bon exemple de ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est l\u2019acide folique, qui est absorb\u00e9 plus facilement que le folate de sources alimentaires.
