{"id":9180,"date":"2016-03-21T21:55:55","date_gmt":"2016-03-21T21:55:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/mild-exercise-increases-fitness-cuts-cardiovascular-risk\/"},"modified":"2019-12-30T11:04:05","modified_gmt":"2019-12-30T18:04:05","slug":"mild-exercise-increases-fitness-cuts-cardiovascular-risk","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/fr\/mild-exercise-increases-fitness-cuts-cardiovascular-risk\/","title":{"rendered":"L\u2019exercice mod\u00e9r\u00e9 am\u00e9liore la forme physique"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Une \u00e9tude de la Duke University publi\u00e9e dans la revue\u00a0<em>Chest <\/em>a compar\u00e9 les effets de trois programmes d\u2019exercice diff\u00e9rents sur l\u2019am\u00e9lioration de la forme physique chez des hommes et des femmes en surpoids pr\u00e9sentant des risques de cardiopathie.<\/p>\n<p>Les volontaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9partis en quatre groupes selon l\u2019exercice choisi\u00a0: aucun exercice, marche rapide de pr\u00e8s de 20\u00a0km par semaine \u00e0 une intensit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e, marche rapide ou course lente de pr\u00e8s de 20\u00a0km par semaine \u00e0 une intensit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e, et course de 32\u00a0km par semaine \u00e0 une intensit\u00e9 \u00e9lev\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>Deux facteurs li\u00e9s \u00e0 la forme physique \u2013 performance jusqu\u2019\u00e0 \u00e9puisement et consommation d\u2019oxyg\u00e8ne \u2013 ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9s avant et apr\u00e8s sept \u00e0 neuf mois d\u2019entra\u00eenement.<\/p>\n<p>Tous les groupes ayant pratiqu\u00e9 un exercice ont constat\u00e9 une am\u00e9lioration de leur forme physique. Selon les r\u00e9sultats, il suffit de deux \u00e0 trois heures d\u2019exercice par semaine \u00e0 une intensit\u00e9 mod\u00e9r\u00e9e pour accro\u00eetre la capacit\u00e9 a\u00e9robique et limiter le risque de maladies cardiovasculaires.
