Celui-ci regroupe des facteurs de risque survenant simultan\u00e9ment et augmentant le risque de maladie coronarienne, d\u2019accident vasculaire c\u00e9r\u00e9bral et de diab\u00e8te de type 2.<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude crois\u00e9e \u00e0 double insu regroupait 24 hommes \u00e2g\u00e9s entre 30 et 70 ans ayant consomm\u00e9 pendant 30 jours par affectation al\u00e9atoire, soit un produit contenant des polyph\u00e9nols du raisin, soit un placebo. Les traitements \u00e9taient s\u00e9par\u00e9s par une p\u00e9riode de sevrage de trois semaines. \u00a0Les participants poursuivaient leurs activit\u00e9s physiques normales et suivaient leur r\u00e9gime alimentaire habituel. En outre, ils devaient s\u2019abstenir de consommer des aliments riches en polyph\u00e9nols pendant la p\u00e9riode de l\u2019essai.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 la fin de chaque p\u00e9riode di\u00e9t\u00e9tique, leur tension art\u00e9rielle \u00e9tait mesur\u00e9e et la fonction vasculaire analys\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019aide de diff\u00e9rents tests. Comparativement au groupe ayant pris un placebo, on a constat\u00e9 chez les participants qui ont consomm\u00e9 des polyph\u00e9nols du raisin une baisse de la tension art\u00e9rielle systolique et un accroissement du d\u00e9bit sanguin dans les art\u00e8res brachiales (bras). On a aussi observ\u00e9 pendant la p\u00e9riode de traitement aux polyph\u00e9nols une baisse d\u2019un indicateur de l\u2019adh\u00e9sivit\u00e9 des plaquettes sanguines appel\u00e9 la sICAM-1.<\/p>\n<p>Selon les r\u00e9sultats de cette \u00e9tude, les polyph\u00e9nols du raisin peuvent influer positivement sur la vasodilatation, r\u00e9duire la tension art\u00e9rielle et att\u00e9nuer les mol\u00e9cules d\u2019adh\u00e9rence des cellules circulantes, am\u00e9liorant ainsi globalement la sant\u00e9 et le fonctionnement vasculaires, en particulier chez les hommes atteints du syndrome m\u00e9tabolique.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/22810991\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Barona J, Aristizabal JC, Blesso CN, Volek JS, Fernandez ML.
