Cela \u00e9tant dit, le r\u00f4le exact que jouent les prot\u00e9ines dans un r\u00e9gime alimentaire d\u00e9pend de bon nombre de facteurs, y compris l&#8217;\u00e2ge, le degr\u00e9 d&#8217;activit\u00e9 et le sexe.<\/p>\n<p>Les besoins alimentaires et nutritionnels de la femme diff\u00e8rent de ceux de l&#8217;homme. Les besoins nutritionnels de la femme changent selon le stade de la vie, de l&#8217;enfance et l&#8217;adolescence jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 la grossesse, la m\u00e9nopause et au-del\u00e0. Provenant de sources \u00e0 la fois v\u00e9g\u00e9tales et animales, ce sont des macronutriments, soit des nutriments dont l&#8217;organisme a besoin en grande quantit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;organisme utilise les prot\u00e9ines pour des fonctions et processus tr\u00e8s divers. Vous savez sans doute d\u00e9j\u00e0 que les prot\u00e9ines sont les \u00e9l\u00e9ments constitutifs des muscles, permettant \u00e0 l&#8217;organisme de d\u00e9velopper et r\u00e9parer les tissus musculaires, en plus de tenir un r\u00f4le important \u00e0 bien d&#8217;autres \u00e9gards : aider l&#8217;organisme \u00e0 m\u00e9taboliser les aliments, transmettre des signaux entre les cellules ou structurer la peau et d&#8217;autres tissus.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/qa\/protein\/\">Les prot\u00e9ines sont faites d&#8217;acides amin\u00e9s, soit les constituants essentiels de la vie.<\/a> On conna\u00eet 22 acides amin\u00e9s et l&#8217;organisme a besoin de tous. Comme ce ne sont pas tous les aliments riches en prot\u00e9ines qui renferment tous les acides amin\u00e9s, il est important de diversifier les sources de prot\u00e9ines ou de consommer des prot\u00e9ines compl\u00e8tes, soit des aliments qui contiennent tous les acides amin\u00e9s. Aucun souci pour approfondir la question gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ce suppl\u00e9ment d&#8217;information.<\/p>\n<h2>Les prot\u00e9ines et la sant\u00e9 au f\u00e9minin : du m\u00e9tabolisme \u00e0 la masse musculaire<\/h2>\n<p>Plusieurs r\u00f4les des prot\u00e9ines sont identiques chez la femme comme chez l&#8217;homme : elles aident \u00e0 renforcer les os, d\u00e9velopper les muscles et r\u00e9guler le m\u00e9tabolisme de l&#8217;organisme. Certains bienfaits pour la sant\u00e9 peuvent en d\u00e9couler, en particulier plus tard dans la vie. \u00c0 moins de le vouloir, il n&#8217;est aucunement n\u00e9cessaire de rechercher un physique d&#8217;adepte de musculation, mais une bonne musculature peut aider \u00e0 conserver sa mobilit\u00e9 en vieillissant. Apr\u00e8s la m\u00e9nopause, la baisse du taux d&#8217;\u0153strog\u00e8nes chez la femme peut entra\u00eener un risque accru de perte osseuse. Cependant, une bonne consommation de prot\u00e9ines, une certaine forme de musculation et de fa\u00e7on g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, l&#8217;activit\u00e9 physique, peuvent aider l&#8217;organisme \u00e0 emp\u00eacher la perte osseuse.<\/p>\n<h2>L&#8217;apport en prot\u00e9ines n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 l&#8217;organisme<\/h2>\n<p>Deux facteurs devraient d\u00e9terminer l&#8217;apport quotidien en prot\u00e9ines : le poids et les objectifs en mati\u00e8re de forme physique. Si le but est de d\u00e9velopper sa musculature, il faut sans doute songer \u00e0 une consommation de prot\u00e9ines nettement plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e. Les recherches actuelles indiquent qu&#8217;un apport optimal de prot\u00e9ines pour d\u00e9velopper et pr\u00e9server la masse musculaire se situerait entre 0,14 g et 2 g par kilo de poids corporel. Chez la femme \u00e2g\u00e9e de plus de 65 ans, ce rapport peut grimper \u00e0 2,6 g de prot\u00e9ines par kilo afin de compenser la perte de densit\u00e9 osseuse qui suit la m\u00e9nopause.<\/p>\n<h2>Les prot\u00e9ines et la grossesse<\/h2>\n<p>Comme le corps d&#8217;une femme sert aussi au d\u00e9veloppement d&#8217;une autre personne pendant la grossesse, il peut avoir besoin d&#8217;un apport de prot\u00e9ines plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 qu&#8217;en temps normal. Aucune certitude du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de la recherche \u00e0 ce sujet, mais des \u00e9tudes sugg\u00e8rent que l&#8217;apport de prot\u00e9ines n\u00e9cessaire au troisi\u00e8me trimestre de la grossesse serait d&#8217;environ 1,36 g par kilo de poids corporel. Certains chercheurs estiment cependant que cet apport serait beaucoup plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 et sugg\u00e8rent plut\u00f4t qu&#8217;il soit d&#8217;environ 3 g par kilo de poids corporel au dernier trimestre.<strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>La consommation de prot\u00e9ines pendant la grossesse est importante pour la sant\u00e9 autant du b\u00e9b\u00e9 que de la m\u00e8re. Pendant la grossesse, la consommation de prot\u00e9ines peut aider \u00e0 \u00e9viter les fringales. Consomm\u00e9es en m\u00eame temps que des grains entiers et des glucides complexes, les prot\u00e9ines peuvent contribuer \u00e0 la sensation de sati\u00e9t\u00e9 apr\u00e8s les repas. Un tel r\u00e9gime alimentaire \u00e9quilibr\u00e9 aidera aussi \u00e0 maintenir un taux de sucre sanguin constant, ce qui peut aider \u00e0 r\u00e9duire le risque de diab\u00e8te gestationnel pendant la grossesse.<\/p>\n<h2>Les sources et les suppl\u00e9ments pour une alimentation riche en prot\u00e9ines<\/h2>\n<p>M\u00eame si on ne saurait trop insister sur les effets b\u00e9n\u00e9fiques de consommer des prot\u00e9ines en grande quantit\u00e9, il reste \u00e0 savoir \u00e0 quoi ressemble un r\u00e9gime alimentaire tr\u00e8s prot\u00e9in\u00e9. M\u00eame si le repas classique de l&#8217;adepte de musculation peut venir imm\u00e9diatement \u00e0 l&#8217;esprit \u2013 poitrine de poulet nature et brocoli \u2013 rien \u00e0 craindre, car les repas peuvent \u00eatre beaucoup plus savoureux.<\/p>\n<p>On trouve des prot\u00e9ines dans une foule d&#8217;aliments de sources v\u00e9g\u00e9tales et animales. Voici certaines des sources animales de prot\u00e9ines les plus courantes :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Viande rouge<\/li>\n<li>Poitrine de poulet et autres volailles<\/li>\n<li>Poisson, surtout le thon<\/li>\n<li>\u0152ufs<\/li>\n<li>Substances laiti\u00e8res<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Passons \u00e0 certaines des meilleures options de prot\u00e9ines de sources v\u00e9g\u00e9tales :<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Tofu et autres produits de soja<\/li>\n<li>L\u00e9gumineuses, comme les haricots noirs et pois chiches<\/li>\n<li>Noix et graines<\/li>\n<li>Quinoa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Avec une planification et une pr\u00e9paration ad\u00e9quates des repas, il est normalement possible d&#8217;obtenir tous les acides amin\u00e9s n\u00e9cessaires de prot\u00e9ines de sources v\u00e9g\u00e9tales. Par contre, certains nutritionnistes sugg\u00e8rent que la femme enceinte suive un r\u00e9gime alimentaire omnivore compos\u00e9 de prot\u00e9ines animales maigres et de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales pour permettre \u00e0 son corps de mieux r\u00e9pondre aux exigences nutritionnelles li\u00e9es \u00e0 la grossesse.<\/p>\n<p>En plus des prot\u00e9ines alimentaires, des suppl\u00e9ments de prot\u00e9ines sont aussi disponibles. Typiquement d\u00e9riv\u00e9s de prot\u00e9ines de soja, de pois ou de lactos\u00e9rum, ces suppl\u00e9ments sont offerts sous forme de poudre qui peut \u00eatre ajout\u00e9e \u00e0 des boissons fouett\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>En fin de compte, aucune source de prot\u00e9ines n&#8217;est meilleure qu&#8217;une autre. Il s&#8217;agit plut\u00f4t de trouver la combinaison de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales, animales ou en suppl\u00e9ment qui vous donne les meilleurs r\u00e9sultats. Il peut \u00eatre difficile d&#8217;obtenir un apport suffisant de prot\u00e9ines et comme pour tout changement \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime alimentaire, il faut de la diligence et de la planification.
