Le r\u00f4le jou\u00e9 par diff\u00e9rentes sources de fibres individuelles dans les variations de poids est moins certain. Un article paru dans l\u2019<em>American Journal of Clinical Nutrition<\/em> a explor\u00e9 la relation entre la fibre totale alimentaire, la fibre c\u00e9r\u00e9ali\u00e8re, la fibre de fruits et l\u00e9gumes et les variations de poids et de tour de taille.<\/p>\n<p>Le groupe d\u2019\u00e9tude prospectif incluait 89 432 participants europ\u00e9ens \u00e2g\u00e9s de 20 \u00e0 78 ans, qui initialement ne souffraient d\u2019aucun cancer, ni maladie cardiovasculaire, ni diab\u00e8te. Les participants ont \u00e9t\u00e9 suivis pendant 6,5 ans en moyenne. Des ajustements ont \u00e9t\u00e9 effectu\u00e9s pour la p\u00e9riode de suivi, les variables de r\u00e9gime alimentaire et les facteurs de base anthropom\u00e9triques, d\u00e9mographiques et de style de vie.<\/p>\n<p>La fibre totale a \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9e inversement \u00e0 un changement de poids et de tour de taille durant la p\u00e9riode d\u2019\u00e9tude. Pour une consommation accrue de 10 grammes par jour de fibre totale, on a constat\u00e9 une estimation de 39g \/an de perte de poids, et une diminution du tour de taille de 0,08 cm \/an. Une consommation de 10g \/jour de fibre provenant de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales a conduit \u00e0 une perte de poids de 77g \/an et \u00e0 une r\u00e9duction du tour de taille de 0,10 cm \/an. Les fibres issues de fruits et l\u00e9gumes n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9es \u00e0 une variation de poids mais ont eu un effet similaire aux fibres totales et c\u00e9r\u00e9ali\u00e8res sur le tour de taille.<\/p>\n<p>Durant une p\u00e9riode de 6,5 ans, une prise de poids et une augmentation du tour de taille seraient \u00e0 pr\u00e9voir chez des adultes typiques. Les r\u00e9sultats de cette \u00e9tude pourraient d\u00e9montrer le r\u00f4le b\u00e9n\u00e9fique d\u2019une consommation plus importante de fibres alimentaires, en particulier la fibre c\u00e9r\u00e9ali\u00e8re, dans la pr\u00e9vention de la prise de poids et de l\u2019augmentation du tour de taille.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/20016015\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Du H, Van der a DL, Boshuizen HC, et al.
