Bien qu&#8217;elles composent l\u2019ensemble de votre organisme, elles agissent \u2013 et r\u00e9agissent \u2013 individuellement, ce qui est particuli\u00e8rement apparent par rapport au stress. La r\u00e9ponse au stress de chacune des cellules diff\u00e8re largement de la <a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/fr\/cortisol\/\">fa\u00e7on dont l&#8217;ensemble de l\u2019organisme r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un facteur de stress<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Selon toute probabilit\u00e9, vous ne connaissez que trop bien les r\u00e9ponses physiologiques au stress. Nombreux sont ceux qui ont une connaissance intime de la tension, de l\u2019augmentation de la fr\u00e9quence cardiaque et possiblement des inconforts gastriques. Par contre, vous ne savez peut-\u00eatre pas de quelle fa\u00e7on vos cellules r\u00e9pondent au stress \u2013 ou m\u00eame comment le stress cellulaire diff\u00e8re du stress de tous les jours.<\/p>\n<p>Le temps est venu de mieux comprendre ce que doivent affronter vos cellules chaque jour et la fa\u00e7on dont elles r\u00e9agissent. Il importe aussi de mieux conna\u00eetre le r\u00f4le que jouent vos d\u00e9cisions, ainsi que la mani\u00e8re dont vous pouvez utiliser le stress cellulaire s\u00e9lectif pour soutenir votre sant\u00e9 globale.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce qui stresse les cellules?<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Une fa\u00e7on de concevoir le stress, quel qu&#8217;en soit le type, c&#8217;est de le consid\u00e9rer comme tout facteur qui vient d\u00e9ranger un \u00e9quilibre d\u00e9licat. Dans la vie quotidienne, il peut s&#8217;agir d&#8217;impr\u00e9vus frustrants qui ont des r\u00e9percussions sur une \u00e9ch\u00e9ance \u00e0 respecter ou des d\u00e9penses inattendues qui mettent le budget sens dessus dessous.<\/p>\n<p>Comme vos cellules recherchent l\u2019\u00e9quilibre plus que tout, le maintien de l\u2019hom\u00e9ostasie est le principe qui les gouverne. Une r\u00e9ponse cellulaire est d\u00e9clench\u00e9e chaque fois que l\u2019\u00e9quilibre cellulaire est le moindrement compromis ou lorsque la s\u00e9r\u00e9nit\u00e9 de l\u2019hom\u00e9ostasie semble menac\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>C\u2019est pourquoi on peut d\u00e9crire bon nombre des facteurs qui stressent les cellules comme des changements environnementaux \u00e0 l\u2019int\u00e9rieur de la cellule ou dans son environnement imm\u00e9diat. De plus, les cellules sont programm\u00e9es pour r\u00e9agir \u00e0 leurs environnements. Certains changements sont bons et n\u00e9cessaires; ils constituent en fait une partie essentielle du fonctionnement de l\u2019organisme \u2013 \u00e0 partir de la distribution des nutriments jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 la production d\u2019\u00e9nergie et plus encore. Cependant, certains changements environnementaux sont plus inqui\u00e9tants que d\u2019autres pour les cellules.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c0 titre d&#8217;exemple, prenons la liste suivante de facteurs courants de stress cellulaire\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hausse de la temp\u00e9rature\u00a0: le corps transpire pour une bonne raison : il enclenche l\u2019effet de refroidissement par \u00e9vaporation (<a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/fr\/skin-layers\/\">sur la peau<\/a>) de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 maintenir une temp\u00e9rature de fonctionnement ad\u00e9quate. Les cellules se portent bien dans une certaine \u00e9chelle de temp\u00e9ratures. Lorsque l\u2019\u00e9quilibre thermique est troubl\u00e9 par un l\u00e9ger exc\u00e8s de chaleur, les cellules d\u00e9clenchent les processus de r\u00e9ponse au stress que nous verrons plus bas.<\/li>\n<li>Exposition aux toxines\u00a0: les cellules sont de petites pochettes qui int\u00e8grent de nombreuses r\u00e9actions chimiques. Il s\u2019agit d\u2019un sous-produit de la <a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/fr\/cellular-energy-production\/\">production d\u2019\u00e9nergie dans les mitochondries cellulaires<\/a>. En trop grandes quantit\u00e9s, ces particules flottantes font basculer l\u2019\u00e9quilibre et g\u00e9n\u00e8rent du stress oxydatif \u2013 ainsi que les r\u00e9actions qui l\u2019accompagnent \u2013 dans les cellules.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Vous \u00eates vous-m\u00eame une source de stress pour vos cellules. Les choix que vous faites en mati\u00e8re de style de vie ont une incidence importante sur l\u2019environnement cellulaire. La <a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/fr\/stress-management-slideshow\/\">gestion du stress <\/a>et les habitudes saines jouent donc un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans le maintien de cellules calmes et heureuses.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>R\u00e9actions \u00e9gales et de sens contraires \u2013 Les quatre r\u00e9ponses cellulaires au stress<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>La majeure partie des effets n\u00e9gatifs du stress \u2013 au niveau cellulaire ou plus globalement \u2013 est attribuable \u00e0 la mani\u00e8re dont l\u2019organisme r\u00e9agit. Les r\u00e9ponses cellulaires au stress peuvent \u00eatre tout aussi n\u00e9fastes.<\/p>\n<p>Commen\u00e7ons par la moins bonne nouvelle\u00a0: parfois, la r\u00e9ponse des cellules face au stress, c&#8217;est de dire \u00ab\u00a0assez c\u2019est assez\u00a0\u00bb et de mourir par un processus appel\u00e9 l\u2019apoptose, ce qui n\u2019est pas toujours id\u00e9al. Cependant, les choses pourraient \u00eatre pires \u2013 apr\u00e8s tout, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un processus naturel qui fait partie du d\u00e9veloppement humain.<\/p>\n<p>On pourrait m\u00eame d\u00e9crire l\u2019apoptose comme un type de sacrifice. Ce processus agit de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 \u00e9viter, avec un peu de chance, une mort cellulaire d\u00e9vastatrice caus\u00e9e par un stimulus stressant. En effet, ce processus a un impact moins grand sur les cellules environnantes. Toutefois, le fait de stresser les cellules au point o\u00f9 elles optent pour l\u2019apoptose ou qu\u2019elles succombent au stress demeure le pire sc\u00e9nario de stress cellulaire.<\/p>\n<p>La mort cellulaire peut s&#8217;imposer pour d\u00e9truire les cellules endommag\u00e9es. La bonne nouvelle, cependant, c&#8217;est qu\u2019il existe d\u2019autres <a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/fr\/qa\/what-is-cell-signaling\/\">signaux qui indiquent aux cellules <\/a>qu\u2019elles doivent continuer \u00e0 vivre.<\/p>\n<p>Les m\u00e9canismes de r\u00e9paration cellulaire constituent l\u2019une des meilleures cons\u00e9quences de la signalisation, car le stress peut endommager les prot\u00e9ines en les amenant \u00e0 se d\u00e9plier \u2013 et m\u00eame ab\u00eemer l\u2019ADN. Cette importante r\u00e9ponse au stress cellulaire sert davantage \u00e0 nettoyer et recycler qu&#8217;\u00e0 r\u00e9parer. Lorsque les prot\u00e9ines se d\u00e9gradent, le processus d\u2019autophagie contribue \u00e0 les d\u00e9composer en acides amin\u00e9s que la cellule peut r\u00e9utiliser. M\u00eame si \u00ab\u00a0autophagie\u00a0\u00bb signifie \u00ab\u00a0se manger soi-m\u00eame\u00a0\u00bb, il s\u2019agit d\u2019un processus naturel qui joue un r\u00f4le important dans le maintien d&#8217;une sant\u00e9 optimale. Les bienfaits de l\u2019autophagie pour le soutien et l\u2019entretien d&#8217;une sant\u00e9 cellulaire optimale sont \u00e9galement bien \u00e9tablis. De plus, comme la sant\u00e9 cellulaire joue un r\u00f4le important dans le mieux-\u00eatre en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, ce stress intentionnel devient un atout plut\u00f4t qu\u2019un fardeau.<\/p>\n<p>Des d\u00e9couvertes en science de la nutrition montrent que certains nutriments peuvent jouer un r\u00f4le dans le renforcement des cellules par l\u2019entremise du stress.
