Ces processus se d\u00e9roulent \u00e0 grande \u00e9chelle, dans l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019organisme, \u00e0 l\u2019aide de prot\u00e9ines essentielles. De plus, ce cycle perp\u00e9tuel se produit dans toutes les cellules humaines, car chacune proc\u00e8de \u00e9galement \u00e0 une forme unique de r\u00e9gulation des dommages cellulaires. L\u2019autophagie et la mitophagie sont deux des plus importants processus de nettoyage.<\/p>\n<p>Voyons d\u2019abord les raisons pour lesquelles ces processus de nettoyage sont essentiels. Nous aborderons ensuite la mani\u00e8re dont les cellules g\u00e8rent le recyclage et le renouvellement, ainsi que les processus de nettoyage et de r\u00e9gulation des dommages cellulaires.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Pourquoi le processus de nettoyage cellulaire est-il si b\u00e9n\u00e9fique pour la sant\u00e9? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Les prot\u00e9ines essentielles \u00e0 la vie sont nombreuses. Malgr\u00e9 leur grande diversit\u00e9, elles ont un point en commun\u00a0: chacune d\u2019elle doit \u00eatre d\u00e9compos\u00e9e apr\u00e8s avoir rempli son r\u00f4le. Que la prot\u00e9ine soit une enzyme h\u00e9patique, qu\u2019elle fasse partie de la structure de soutien cellulaire ou qu\u2019elle prot\u00e8ge l\u2019organisme en prenant part au fonctionnement du syst\u00e8me immunitaire, toutes les prot\u00e9ines vieillissent et doivent un jour \u00eatre \u00e9limin\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<p>Ce processus normal de contr\u00f4le de la qualit\u00e9 cellulaire aide au maintien du bien\u2011\u00eatre physique en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Il vous aide \u00e0 accomplir vos t\u00e2ches quotidiennes, \u00e0 profiter de vos aventures et \u00e0 vivre une vie optimale.<\/p>\n<p>Toutefois, si les activit\u00e9s d\u2019entretien de l\u2019organisme sont frein\u00e9es ou inefficaces, les r\u00e9sultats peuvent \u00eatre d\u00e9sastreux. Les recherches ont montr\u00e9 de quelle mani\u00e8re un d\u00e9s\u00e9quilibre entre la production de prot\u00e9ines et leur d\u00e9gradation (c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire d\u00e9composition) peut mener \u00e0 une accumulation de r\u00e9sidus de prot\u00e9ines. Ces accumulations peuvent avoir une incidence n\u00e9gative sur de nombreux syst\u00e8mes de l\u2019organisme et elles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9es \u00e0 un d\u00e9clin de la sant\u00e9 c\u00e9r\u00e9brale.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Comment l\u2019autophagie participe au recyclage et au renouvellement <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>D\u00e9finissons d\u2019abord l\u2019autophagie pour ensuite nous pencher sur le processus comme tel. Au sens litt\u00e9ral, le mot autophagie veut dire \u00ab\u00a0s\u2019auto-manger\u00a0\u00bb. \u00c7a ne semble pas \u00eatre une bonne chose, mais il s\u2019agit en fait d\u2019une fonction normale et importante d\u2019un organisme sain.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019autophagie est simplement le nom officiel donn\u00e9 au processus de recyclage effectu\u00e9 par les cellules de l\u2019organisme. En effet, ces derni\u00e8res recyclent les parties endommag\u00e9es ou us\u00e9es en les d\u00e9gradant en composants de base qui peuvent ensuite \u00eatre r\u00e9utilis\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Examinons maintenant en d\u00e9tail le processus de nettoyage cellulaire.<\/p>\n<p>Au cours du processus d\u2019autophagie, les composants ind\u00e9sirables des cellules se font isoler et placer dans des compartiments sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s \u00e0 double membrane. (On les nomme \u00e9galement autophagosomes.) La prot\u00e9ine \u00ab\u00a0d\u00e9chet\u00a0\u00bb ainsi emball\u00e9e fusionne ensuite avec des lysosomes, qui sont un type d\u2019organite (ou structure cellulaire) contenant les enzymes digestives n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 la d\u00e9composition des r\u00e9sidus de prot\u00e9ines. Le processus de recyclage s\u2019ach\u00e8ve lorsque les prot\u00e9ines sont d\u00e9compos\u00e9es en acides amin\u00e9s qui constitueront la mati\u00e8re premi\u00e8re pour de nouvelles prot\u00e9ines.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019autophagie se poursuit constamment dans toutes les structures cellulaires et elle fait partie des processus normaux de nettoyage des cellules. Ce processus tend \u00e0 s\u2019intensifier lorsque les cellules subissent un stress \u00e9manant entre autres du mode de vie, des radicaux libres ou d\u2019autres sources. \u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple, la restriction calorique est un facteur de stress courant associ\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019autophagie. Les dommages caus\u00e9s par le stress ne doivent pas s\u2019accumuler, et c\u2019est pourquoi l\u2019autophagie met les bouch\u00e9es doubles pendant les p\u00e9riodes stressantes.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Qu\u2019est-ce que la mitophagie? <\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019autophagie est un terme g\u00e9n\u00e9ral qui regroupe les processus de recyclage qui se d\u00e9roulent dans diff\u00e9rentes parties de la cellule. La mitophagie d\u00e9signe un processus pr\u00e9cis, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire le nettoyage qui s\u2019effectue dans les mitochondries\u00a0\u2013\u00a0la partie de la cellule o\u00f9 se d\u00e9roule la production d\u2019\u00e9nergie.<\/p>\n<p>Les mitochondries sont les centrales \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques des cellules qui transforment le carburant en \u00e9nergie. Lorsqu\u2019elles sont jeunes et saines, elles fournissent de l\u2019\u00e9nergie et produisent peu de d\u00e9chets (radicaux libres). \u00c0 mesure qu\u2019elles vieillissent ou s\u2019usent, les mitochondries perdent de leur efficacit\u00e9 et produisent un taux de plus en plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 de radicaux libres.<\/p>\n<p>Ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne est comparable \u00e0 celui d\u2019un moteur de voiture. Lorsqu\u2019elle est neuve, son moteur est efficace et son taux d\u2019\u00e9mission est bas. \u00c0 mesure qu\u2019elle s\u2019use, le moteur perd de son efficacit\u00e9 et se met \u00e0 d\u00e9gager des taux d\u2019\u00e9missions plus \u00e9lev\u00e9s. \u00c0 un certain moment, le t\u00e9moin d\u2019avertissement du moteur s\u2019allume, indiquant qu\u2019il a besoin d\u2019un entretien ou d\u2019un remplacement pour que la voiture continue \u00e0 fonctionner de mani\u00e8re optimale.<\/p>\n<p>Revenons au corps humain. Pourquoi l\u2019organisme n\u2019amorce-t-il pas l\u2019autophagie et la mitophagie plus fr\u00e9quemment?<\/p>\n<p>Essentiellement parce que votre organisme agit en fonction de la survie. Un nettoyage accru optimiserait peut-\u00eatre la sant\u00e9, mais il n\u2019est pas n\u00e9cessaire \u00e0 votre survie, et c\u2019est ce qui explique pourquoi il n\u2019est pas d\u00e9clench\u00e9 plus t\u00f4t.<\/p>\n<p>La mentalit\u00e9 de survivant de l\u2019organisme\u00a0\u2013\u00a0qui suffit \u00e0 assurer sa subsistance, mais non son \u00e9panouissement\u00a0\u2013\u00a0est utile, mais sans \u00eatre optimale. C\u2019est pourquoi l\u2019alimentation cibl\u00e9e peut faire une diff\u00e9rence.<\/p>\n<p>Dans certaines conditions, des nutriments contenus dans l\u2019alimentation peuvent avoir le m\u00eame effet sur les cellules que des facteurs de stress comme la restriction calorique. Et au lieu de faire appel \u00e0 une restriction calorique s\u00e9v\u00e8re, ne serait-il pas pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable de cibler pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment ces nutriments et les int\u00e9grer \u00e0 votre alimentation pour d\u00e9clencher ce processus? Il s\u2019agit l\u00e0 de l\u2019option la plus facile, et tout de m\u00eame efficace. Ces nutriments qui agissent comme facteurs de stress peuvent signaler \u00e0 la cellule que le temps est venu pour elle de se renouveler ou d\u2019\u00eatre remplac\u00e9e afin de conserver son efficacit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Il s\u2019agit essentiellement d\u2019une mani\u00e8re de tromper vos cellules pour les amener \u00e0 entretenir leur moteur avant que l\u2019usure de la vie n\u2019ait eu trop de cons\u00e9quences. La sant\u00e9 cellulaire optimale est ainsi maintenue et vous avez alors les cellules efficaces qu\u2019il vous faut pour vivre pleinement.<\/p>\n<p>Bon nombre de ces nutriments se retrouvent dans certains fruits et l\u00e9gumes,\u00a0notamment le brocoli, la tomate, le chou fris\u00e9, la racine de curcuma, les raisins et les bleuets.
