Les donn\u00e9es valident ce qui est le c\u0153ur m\u00eame de la science de la nutrition : offrir \u00e0 tout le monde une nutrition encore plus personnalis\u00e9e. Les chercheurs ont d\u2019abord identifi\u00e9 des diff\u00e9rences li\u00e9es au sexe et \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge relativement au rapport entre certains nutriments et un taux sanguin normal de lipides. Voil\u00e0 une pi\u00e8ce du casse-t\u00eate qui montre la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d\u2019une nutrition personnalis\u00e9e pour pr\u00e9server la sant\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>Les donn\u00e9es g\u00e9n\u00e9rales : ce que l\u2019\u00e9tude indique<\/h2>\n<p>Des chercheurs dans le domaine de la nutrition ont d\u2019abord pass\u00e9 en revue les donn\u00e9es d\u2019une vaste \u00e9tude \u00e0 long terme portant sur la nutrition et la sant\u00e9. Leur analyse novatrice a permis de r\u00e9partir les effets des nutriments sur le <a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/fr\/qa\/fat\/\">taux sanguin de lipides<\/a> (cholest\u00e9rol et triglyc\u00e9rides, facteurs importants de la sant\u00e9 cardiaque), en fonction du sexe et de l\u2019\u00e2ge.<\/p>\n<p>Ils ont ainsi obtenu des donn\u00e9es indiquant que les aliments (et les nutriments qu\u2019ils renferment) influent diff\u00e9remment sur le taux sanguin de lipides de femmes et d\u2019hommes d\u2019\u00e2ges divers, \u00e9tablissant un lien qui s&#8217;applique la plupart du temps \u00e0 tous les adultes. Cette \u00e9tude plus pouss\u00e9e met en relief l\u2019importance de comprendre un aspect de la sant\u00e9 : celui des lipides sanguins, mais plus encore celui de la <a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/fr\/cardiovascular-system-overview\/\">sant\u00e9 cardiaque<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019approche adopt\u00e9e dans cette \u00e9tude et les r\u00e9sultats obtenus font une \u00e9norme diff\u00e9rence lorsqu\u2019il s\u2019agit de pr\u00e9coniser des recommandations plus personnalis\u00e9es en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9. Voyons maintenant les r\u00e9sultats portant sur les apports en nutriments et les lipides sanguins.<\/p>\n<p>Les chercheurs ont montr\u00e9 que des groupes distincts avaient des interactions diff\u00e9rentes entre <a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/fr\/qa\/macronutrients\/\">les vitamines, les min\u00e9raux<\/a>\u00a0et les taux de triglyc\u00e9rides et des deux types de cholest\u00e9rol \u2013 LDL (mauvais) et HDL (bon). On a montr\u00e9 chez des participantes en \u00e2ge de procr\u00e9er un lien avec un taux sanguin de lipides normal produit par divers nutriments, notamment par rapport \u00e0 celui de sujets masculins \u00e2g\u00e9s de 35 \u00e0 44 ans.<\/p>\n<p>En fait, cette \u00e9tude est la premi\u00e8re \u00e0 faire \u00e9tat d\u2019un lien \u00e9tabli selon le sexe entre un taux de cholest\u00e9rol normal et au moins un nutriment essentiel.<\/p>\n<h2>Les cons\u00e9quences pour vous<\/h2>\n<p>Un taux sanguin normal de lipides est essentiel pour pr\u00e9server la sant\u00e9 cardiaque. Compte tenu de l\u2019importance du c\u0153ur, il va de soi que les lignes directrices en mati\u00e8re d\u2019alimentation et de sant\u00e9 doivent viser \u00e0 prot\u00e9ger la sant\u00e9 cardiaque \u00e0 tous les \u00e2ges.<\/p>\n<p>Les recommandations \u00e9ventuelles plus pr\u00e9cises que laissent entrevoir cette \u00e9tude pourraient rendre possibles des conseils nutritionnels plus personnalis\u00e9s pour pr\u00e9server la sant\u00e9 du c\u0153ur. Dans cette optique, il est pr\u00e9f\u00e9rable pour vous de mieux conna\u00eetre les nutriments n\u00e9cessaires pour conserver un bon taux sanguin de lipides, d\u00e9j\u00e0 normal au d\u00e9part, et pour <a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/fr\/heart-healthy-foods\/\">favoriser votre sant\u00e9 cardiaque<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Cette \u00e9tude constitue une importante avanc\u00e9e dans l\u2019histoire de l\u2019innovation scientifique nutritionnelle. Ces progr\u00e8s nous rapprochent d\u2019une nutrition personnalis\u00e9e qui r\u00e9pond pr\u00e9cis\u00e9ment aux besoins de chacun.<\/p>\n<h2>La m\u00e9thode scientifique : les donn\u00e9es sp\u00e9cifiques<\/h2>\n<p>Les scientifiques ont analys\u00e9 les donn\u00e9es nutritionnelles tir\u00e9es de la National Health and Nutrition Examination Study (NHANES) 2001-2013. L&#8217;\u00e9tude portait sur 6\u00a0127 hommes adultes et 6 157 femmes adultes qui n\u2019\u00e9taient pas enceintes. Ils ont d\u2019abord distingu\u00e9 les interactions nutriments-lipides sanguins <a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/fr\/men-women-different\/\">en fonction du sexe<\/a> pour ensuite les diff\u00e9rencier davantage selon l\u2019\u00e2ge.<\/p>\n<p>Ces donn\u00e9es sp\u00e9cifiques ont aid\u00e9 les chercheurs \u00e0 r\u00e9v\u00e9ler leurs r\u00e9sultats novateurs. Cette \u00e9tude confirme en quelque sorte que les femmes et les hommes d\u2019\u00e2ges divers peuvent traiter les aliments diff\u00e9remment. Il en r\u00e9sulte des r\u00e9ponses diff\u00e9rentes en fonction de l\u2019apport nutritionnel.<\/p>\n<p>Ce n&#8217;est pourtant l\u00e0 qu&#8217;un point de d\u00e9part. D&#8217;autres \u00e9tudes s&#8217;imposent pour mieux comprendre comment certains nutriments fonctionnent diff\u00e9remment dans divers sous-groupes de la population.
