Votre taux de cortisol (la principale hormone du stress) baisse.<\/p>\n<p>Une \u00e9tude montre qu\u2019en vacances, la plupart des gens (89 %) se sentent moins stress\u00e9s en l&#8217;espace d&#8217;un jour ou deux. Une autre \u00e9tude fait \u00e9tat des effets profonds des vacances et montre que pendant cette p\u00e9riode, l\u2019activit\u00e9 des g\u00e8nes li\u00e9s au stress change. Les r\u00e9sultats \u00e9taient aussi positifs que r\u00e9v\u00e9lateurs.<\/p>\n<p>Chez les sujets qui ne prenaient pas au moins une semaine de vacances annuelles, le risque d\u2019infarctus \u00e9tait accru de 50 % chez les femmes et de 30 % chez les hommes.
