Et pour ceux qui s\u2019astreignent \u00e0 un r\u00e9gime alimentaire strict, le d\u00e9fi est encore plus colossal.<\/p>\n<p>La recherche montre que les carences varient aussi en fonction de l\u2019\u00e2ge, du sexe ou de l\u2019origine ethnique et peuvent atteindre pr\u00e8s d\u2019un tiers de certains groupes de population. En outre, bien des gens sont trop occup\u00e9s pour prendre le temps de bien manger ou de cuisiner \u00e0 la maison.<\/p>\n<p>Heureusement, il existe un moyen d\u2019emp\u00eacher les carences. Une nouvelle \u00e9tude r\u00e9v\u00e8le que les suppl\u00e9ments de multivitamines et de min\u00e9raux peuvent faire office de r\u00e9gime d\u2019assurance nutritionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Une nouvelle \u00e9tude dans la revue <em>Nutrients<\/em> analyse les donn\u00e9es recueillies dans les sondages de 2009-2012 du programme National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES) aupr\u00e8s de 10\u00a0698 adultes de 19 ans et plus. Ces donn\u00e9es provenaient d\u2019entrevues fiables de 24 heures sur les habitudes alimentaires \u2013 notamment la prise de suppl\u00e9ments alimentaires \u2013 en plus de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vements sanguins effectu\u00e9s lors d\u2019un examen m\u00e9dical en personne visant \u00e0 analyser les marqueurs de l\u2019\u00e9tat nutritionnel.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats indiquent qu\u2019un apport quotidien de suppl\u00e9ments de multivitamines et de min\u00e9raux aide \u00e0 pr\u00e9venir les insuffisances de nutriments n\u00e9cessaires pour favoriser un bon \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9ral. Les quelques exceptions relev\u00e9es \u2013 le calcium, le magn\u00e9sium et la vitamine D \u2013 repr\u00e9sentent tout de m\u00eame des nutriments importants que chacun doit prendre en quantit\u00e9 suffisante.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab\u00a0Malheureusement, il semble que les anciennes fa\u00e7ons de penser continuent de pr\u00e9valoir.
