De plus, le syst\u00e8me immunitaire joue un r\u00f4le dans la gu\u00e9rison des plaies ainsi que la r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et la r\u00e9paration des cellules et des tissus.<\/p>\n<p>Un syst\u00e8me immunitaire fonctionnel et en sant\u00e9 est une machine multicouche complexe, compos\u00e9e de sous-syst\u00e8mes, tissus et organes, et r\u00e9gl\u00e9e par de nombreux processus. Ind\u00e9pendamment de la cat\u00e9gorie dans laquelle on le place, le mucus constitue un pi\u00e8ge efficace pour les envahisseurs. Produit par diff\u00e9rentes membranes du corps, cette \u00e9paisse substance gluante agit comme un pi\u00e8ge collant dans lequel les microbes se prennent et duquel ils ne peuvent plus sortir.<\/p>\n<p>Parmi les autres barri\u00e8res chimiques, on retrouve les larmes, la salive, l\u2019acide gastrique ainsi que certains compos\u00e9s chimiques protecteurs produits par les cellules et le sang.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>L\u2019immunit\u00e9 en g\u00e9n\u00e9ral\u00a0: le syst\u00e8me immunitaire inn\u00e9<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me immunitaire inn\u00e9, \u00e9galement appel\u00e9 syst\u00e8me immunitaire non sp\u00e9cifique, est un sous-syst\u00e8me faisant partie de la d\u00e9fense immunitaire de l\u2019organisme qui est encod\u00e9 dans les g\u00e8nes. Voil\u00e0 la partie inn\u00e9e ou inh\u00e9rente. Il assure une protection plus g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, d\u00e9truisant tous les microbes qui p\u00e9n\u00e8trent dans le corps. Voil\u00e0 la composante non sp\u00e9cifique.<\/p>\n<p>Les d\u00e9fenses cellulaires se mettent en branle si un agent pathog\u00e8ne passe au-del\u00e0 des barri\u00e8res physiques et chimiques. On peut aussi consid\u00e9rer qu\u2019elles font partie du sous-syst\u00e8me inn\u00e9. C\u2019est \u00e0 ce moment qu\u2019entrent en sc\u00e8ne les phagocytes (un type pr\u00e9cis de cellule immunitaire), ces globules blancs qui, telles des sentinelles, patrouillent dans le corps pour d\u00e9truire les envahisseurs.<\/p>\n<p>Ces cellules qui se retrouvent dans tous les tissus de l\u2019organisme \u00e9liminent les agents infectieux par phagocytose. C\u2019est l\u00e0 un processus compliqu\u00e9, mais il existe une fa\u00e7on simple de le comprendre.<\/p>\n<p>Nomm\u00e9s ainsi parce que <em>phago<\/em> signifie \u00ab\u00a0qui mange\u00a0\u00bb en grec, les phagocytes ing\u00e8rent ou engloutissent les microbes envahisseurs. Plusieurs m\u00e9canismes d\u2019\u00e9limination sont ensuite d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s pour d\u00e9truire les agents infectieux captifs.<\/p>\n<p>Certains phagocytes ont des r\u00e9cepteurs qui leur permettent de distinguer les cellules saines des substances potentiellement dangereuses (en plus de g\u00e9rer les cellules mortes ou mourantes provenant du renouvellement cellulaire). D\u2019autres re\u00e7oivent un <a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/fr\/qa\/what-is-cell-signaling\/\">signal chimique<\/a>\u00a0leur indiquant de se rendre aux endroits o\u00f9 ils seraient les plus utiles. Les phagocytes aident m\u00eame au nettoyage et \u00e0 la r\u00e9paration apr\u00e8s la destruction des envahisseurs.<\/p>\n<h2><strong>Immunit\u00e9 adaptative<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me immunitaire adaptatif est comme la base de donn\u00e9es de l\u2019immunit\u00e9 d\u2019un individu. Apr\u00e8s avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 en contact avec un agent pathog\u00e8ne particulier, certaines cellules immunitaires vont se souvenir de la meilleure fa\u00e7on de les d\u00e9truire. Voil\u00e0 pourquoi on parle \u00e9galement d\u2019immunit\u00e9 sp\u00e9cifique ou d\u2019immunit\u00e9 acquise.<\/p>\n<p>Que la premi\u00e8re exposition \u00e0 l\u2019agent pathog\u00e8ne soit intentionnelle ou accidentelle n\u2019a aucune importance. Une r\u00e9ponse immunitaire normale et saine d\u00e9bute avec un antig\u00e8ne. On peut se repr\u00e9senter l\u2019antig\u00e8ne comme le code \u00e0 barres de chacune des cellules. Tout comme chaque article \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9picerie a son propre code \u00e0 barres, chaque type de cellule a son propre code \u00e0 antig\u00e8nes qui permet de la reconna\u00eetre.<\/p>\n<p>Ces antig\u00e8nes, pour la plupart des prot\u00e9ines, peuvent \u00e9galement reconna\u00eetre les agents infectieux. Le syst\u00e8me immunitaire a appris \u00e0 lire ces codes \u00e0 antig\u00e8nes. Lorsque les antig\u00e8nes reconnaissent un corps \u00e9tranger, ils enclenchent une r\u00e9ponse immunitaire.<\/p>\n<p>Chaque antig\u00e8ne entra\u00eene la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019un anticorps sur mesure. La liaison de l\u2019anticorps en forme de Y \u00e0 l\u2019antig\u00e8ne correspondant signale aux autres cellules immunitaires qu\u2019il s\u2019agit d\u2019un envahisseur \u00e0 attaquer. Certains anticorps peuvent faire eux-m\u00eames le travail.<\/p>\n<p>Les lymphocytes (un autre type sp\u00e9cifique de cellule immunitaire) sont les cellules principales du syst\u00e8me immunitaire adaptatif. Deux types de lymphocytes (T et B) sont produits dans la moelle \u00e9pini\u00e8re. Ils peuvent soit attaquer et \u00e9liminer les agents infectieux par eux-m\u00eames soit assister d\u2019autres globules blancs lors de la r\u00e9ponse immunitaire.<\/p>\n<p>Les lymphocytes T et B constituent les bases de la m\u00e9moire immunitaire de l\u2019organisme. En pr\u00e9sence d\u2019antig\u00e8nes, les lymphocytes B cr\u00e9ent les anticorps correspondants avant de les rel\u00e2cher dans le corps. Sa capacit\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9fendre l\u2019organisme peut \u00eatre alt\u00e9r\u00e9e par l\u2019environnement, l\u2019alimentation, le stress, le sommeil, les d\u00e9placements ou tout autre aspect de la vie.<\/p>\n<p>Une fonction immunitaire saine r\u00e9sulte d\u2019un effort concert\u00e9 de l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019organisme et une approche globale \u00a0est n\u00e9cessaire pour la pr\u00e9server. Voici quelques \u00e9l\u00e9ments pouvant aider\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Dormir un minimum de 7 heures par nuit et <a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/fr\/sleep-deprivation-may-increase-food-intake-promote-obesity\/\"><u>ne passer aucune nuit blanche<\/u><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/fr\/lexercice-regulier-est-associe-un-risque-reduit-de-rhume\/\"><u>Faire r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement de l\u2019exercice<\/u><\/a>\u00a0afin de favoriser les cellules m\u00e9moires, am\u00e9liorer la fonction immunitaire de la peau et mobiliser les cellules immunitaires<\/li>\n<li>Minimiser autant que possible le stress ou adopter de saines habitudes pour le g\u00e9rer, l\u2019exercice par exemple.<\/li>\n<li>Adopter une alimentation saine et \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e qui comprend beaucoup de fruits, l\u00e9gumes et prot\u00e9ines maigres afin d\u2019obtenir les micronutriments et macronutriments essentiels, ainsi que <a href=\"\/?p=1981\">d\u2019importants phytonutriments<\/a>.
