Il semble \u00e9galement \u00e9vident qu&#8217;un apport plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 en vitamine D peut offrir des bienfaits positifs sur l&#8217;hypertension, la fibromyalgie, le diab\u00e8te sucr\u00e9, la scl\u00e9rose en plaques et la polyarthrite rhumato\u00efde.<\/p>\n<p>Des chercheurs on men\u00e9 une \u00e9tude \u00e0 partir de donn\u00e9es provenant de 1 739 participants \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9tude <em>Framingham Offspring <\/em>en vue d\u2019analyser la relation entre les niveaux de vitamine D et les risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 cardiovasculaire. Quoique 30 ng\/ml de vitamine D ou plus est consid\u00e9r\u00e9 comme un apport optimal pour le m\u00e9tabolisme osseux, seulement 10 % des participants pr\u00e9sentaient de tels niveaux.\u00a0 En fait, le niveau sanguin de 28 % d\u2019entre eux \u00e9tait inf\u00e9rieur \u00e0 15 ng\/ml. Ces derniers \u00e9taient 62 % plus susceptibles de d\u00e9velopper un trouble cardiaque que les participants pr\u00e9sentant un taux plus \u00e9lev\u00e9.\u00a0 Les personnes qui faisaient de l\u2019hypertension et qui pr\u00e9sentaient un faible taux de vitamine D (&gt; 140 et 90 mmHg) \u00e9taient deux fois plus susceptibles de d\u00e9velopper des troubles cardiovasculaires par rapport \u00e0 celles qui dont la pression art\u00e9rielle et le taux de vitamine D \u00e9taient normaux.<\/p>\n<p>La vitamine D est produite dans la peau \u00e0 la suite d\u2019expositions aux rayons UVB (rayons de soleil) et proviennent d\u2019un r\u00e9gime alimentaire compos\u00e9 d\u2019aliments tels que le poisson gras, les jaunes d\u2019\u0153ufs et le foie. Par contre, certaines \u00e9tudes r\u00e9centes ont d\u00e9montr\u00e9 que le niveau d\u2019ensoleillement de certains pays nordiques est si faible durant les mois d\u2019hiver que le corps produit tr\u00e8s peu ou pas de vitamine D, ce qui entra\u00eene des insuffisances en vitamine D.\u00a0 De plus, l\u2019augmentation de la pigmentation de la peau peut aussi\u00a0diminuer l\u2019effet de protection contre les rayons UVB, ce qui signifie que les personnes ayant un teint plus fonc\u00e9 sont encore plus vuln\u00e9rables.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de cette \u00e9tude semblent sugg\u00e9rer qu\u2019il serait possible de traiter les carences en vitamine D, en augmentant l\u2019apport en suppl\u00e9ments et\/ou \u00e9tablissant de meilleures habitudes de vie pour r\u00e9duire le risque de troubles cardiovasculaires.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/circ.ahajournals.org\/content\/117\/4\/503.long\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Circulation 2008 Jan 29;117(4):503-11.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":10897,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[14],"tags":[20755,20741,20771],"class_list":["post-12104","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-non-classifiee","tag-essential-nutrients-fr","tag-healthy-eating-fr","tag-vitamins-and-supplements-fr"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.9 -
