Until 2017, he worked in USANA corporate communications, writing about many of the products launched—including USANA InCelligence Technology™ and USANA CellSentials™—and the science behind them. This experience working on these scientific topics—and a borderline unhealthy obsession with NPR’s “Science Friday” radio show—led David to move over to the Health and Science Education Team. Now he schedules, writes, and edits stories on www.AskTheScientists.com, and creates and coordinates the Nutrition Spotlight newsletter. Outside of the office, he enjoys his pets, books, premium cable television, sports, overly fancy food, and drinks with friends. David also runs his own amateur chemistry and microbiology experiments in his garage.
