Une \u00e9tude a compar\u00e9 le niveau de macronutriments et de micronutriments dans les aliments choisis par des femmes qui ont suivi deux programmes de perte de poids.<\/p>\n<p>Quatre-vingt-seize femmes g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement en bonne sant\u00e9 qui faisaient de l\u2019embonpoint ou qui \u00e9taient ob\u00e8ses ont \u00e9t\u00e9 plac\u00e9es al\u00e9atoirement dans deux groupes de traitement : un groupe appel\u00e9 \u00e0 consommer des aliments traditionnels (GAT) ou un groupe qui consommerait des substituts de repas (GSR) comprenant 1 \u00e0 2 substituts de repas par jour sous forme de boisson ou de barres. Les deux groupes visaient \u00e0 limiter la demande \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique \u00e0 1 300 calories par jour environ.<\/p>\n<p>Au bout d\u2019un an, il n\u2019y avait pas vraiment de diff\u00e9rence en perte de poids chez les femmes d\u2019un groupe \u00e0 l\u2019autre alors que les ratios de macronutriments (Glucides\u00a0: Prot\u00e9ines\u00a0: Gras) des deux groupes se situaient dans les limites recommand\u00e9s. Les deux groupes avaient am\u00e9lior\u00e9 leurs habitudes alimentaires, c\u2019est \u00e0 dire qu\u2019ils ont r\u00e9duit leur apport en gras satur\u00e9s, en cholest\u00e9rol et en sel, et augmenter le nombre de portions totales de fruits et de l\u00e9gumes. Cependant, le GAT pr\u00e9sentait un apport nettement plus faible en vitamines et en min\u00e9raux par rapport au GSR, ainsi qu\u2019un risque accru d\u2019insuffisance nutritionnelle.<\/p>\n<p>Bien que les femmes des deux groupes aient r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 perdre du poids, tout en am\u00e9liorant l\u2019ad\u00e9quation de leur apport alimentaire, le groupe ayant ajout\u00e9 des substituts de repas fortifi\u00e9s avaient tendance \u00e0 avoir un meilleur apport d&#8217;\u00e9l\u00e9ments nutritifs par rapport aux femmes faisant partie du groupe alimentaire traditionnel.\u00a0 Selon cette \u00e9tude, il est important d\u2019int\u00e9grer des aliments fortifi\u00e9s ou des substituts alimentaires lorsqu\u2019on suit un r\u00e9gime hypocalorique destin\u00e9s \u00e0 la perte de poids.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pubmed\/17592648\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Nutr J. 2007 Jun 25;6:12<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"","protected":false},"author":10897,"featured_media":0,"comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"inline_featured_image":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[14],"tags":[20751,20771],"class_list":["post-10245","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-non-classifiee","tag-healthy-weight-fr","tag-vitamins-and-supplements-fr"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v28.0 -
