Algunos se refieren al ALA como el \u201cantioxidante universal\u201d porque tiene el singular atributo de ser soluble en agua y en grasa.<\/p>\n<p>Un aspecto \u00fanico del ALA es su capacidad para regenerar a otros antioxidantes y hacer que regresen a estados activos. Esto incluye la <a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/es\/qa\/vitamins\/\">vitamina C, vitamina E<\/a> y la <a href=\"https:\/\/askthescientists.com\/es\/qa\/coenzyme-q10\/\">coenzima Q10<\/a>.
