El color amarillo brillante que algunas veces se ve al tomar suplementos nutricionales es principalmente causado por algunos nutrientes excedentes que se excretan (particularmente riboflavina), y puede seguir variando de color con base en sus necesidades nutricionales y de hidrataci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Frecuenc<\/strong><strong>ia<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>No es t\u00edpico que los suplementos produzcan efectos significativos en la frecuencia urinaria.
