La baja ingesta de magnesio se ha relacionado previamente con la resistencia a la insulina y una utilizaci\u00f3n de glucosa deficiente.<\/p>\n<p>Los investigadores evaluaron datos de 17,592 hombres y mujeres de 40 a 79 a\u00f1os que participaron en el Estudio de Cohorte Colaborativo de Jap\u00f3n para la Evaluaci\u00f3n del Riesgo de C\u00e1ncer establecido entre 1988 y 1990.
